Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Well, I had a very unpleasant experience I walked in about 12 o’clock just was doing some window shopping. Thought I’d ask if they had pizza slices walked in asked the lady that was working with the other gentleman. Hey, do you guys sell any pizza slices and she proceeds to tell me and he cuts her off and yells from the other side no, we don’t have any pizza slices. We don’t do that here I was like wow sorry I was just checking and I walked away and I thought about it and I went back in and I said hey, I was just trying to ask and when I managed a couple pizza places, I would always keep a couple slices on the side so people could taste your product. The gentleman with the glasses is the heavyset guy. I think that’s eating all the pizzas doesn’t wanna give away any pizza slices cause he got real aggressive about it and called me a loudmouth so anyways hope y’all have a great day. I think he’s very unhappy because he’s a plump little man I wish he looked, sir. You have to sell the pizza. You can’t keep it...

This is probably one of the worst Papa John restaurant I have ever dealt with. We moved her in August from Maryland and I have order from these guys a few times the first few orders we great however the last 3 times I have order now there has been a problem with my delivery twice they have forgotten items I ordered and the previous time to this one they sent me a completely different flavor of wings than I ordered. But today was the straw the broke the camel's back our delivery driver delivered to my front door rang the bell and just ran away leaving my food on my dirty door step when I did not request not contact delivery because it had been raining. He also forgot our soda at the store claims he is gonna go get it I don't believe him. Our food was also not sealed correctly. Im utterly surprised with TONY. I drive with DoorDash at the moment. I must have visited franchised pizza shopes more than 200 times and have 4.93 customer rating. I have never seen an employee like him. I picked up four times yesturday. This man has completely mastered his job at the store. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with professional pleasentneess. His co-workers seemed to actually appreciate his working assertiveness. This is unusual in my experience. The last pick up i heard him realating with his co-workers on a human level. He accepted all complaints with complete humility. His collection of tallents are quite impressive... Currently im a mid-level magager with a larger company, at the store level. I used to manage small stores like Circle K, Dollar Tree, ect. I would have paid him to make sure he has every reason not to leave... Again just super impressed with Tony's competency...
