3 Pepper Burrito Company — Restaurant in Florida

Today was the worst experience Ever I ordered two bowls Through the toast app Made both of my bowls the wrong way so I call and complain And they said they will make me a My car happens to break down So it takes me three hours and 15 minutes to get to the restaurant Not only do they hand me the wrong order again Have an attitude about it they hand me a bag that's been sitting for three hours and 15 minutes On the counter Tied up in a bag And they expect for me to take The order the way it is even though it's still wrong And it's been sitting out that's cross-contamination And the employee there was no help at all she had a nasty attitude And I have to say that she was blessed because my daughter was with me because if she wouldn't have been with me it would have been a different scenario I tell you that much You need to learn how to hire people that actually want to work And not just people that are there to earn a paycheck or feel like that establishment is theirs You're there to do a job so do it it is not my fault that you did not finish High School let alone freaking College And that you have to work there If you don't like your job go back to school simple as that It is not my business not my problem You're there to do a...

So disappointed!!! I actually purchase from this location alot until today. I ordered a chimichanga and was extremely embarrassed for them. It was a literal joke. I called and spoke to a girl and asked her for the manager and she asked what happened, I told her I wanted the manager and she had me hold and came back as the manager (I don't know who she was trying to fool). She said her name was Alyssa. I told her I ordered a Chimichanga and what I received was a flat empty fried tortilla and she said this is the way the owner, Cory, wants it served in order to keep food out of the fryer. This empty fried tortilla cost the same as a full huge burrito I purchased for my special needs son. Thank God I didn't buy this joke of a chimichanga for him. She made no attempt to make this up to us in any way and continued to reiterate that, that is the way the owner wants it done, so sorry.

First time I have ordered from here, I had the burrito, loaded with beef and chicken, onions, rice, the works basically- SO GOOD!! The tortilla was just the right texture, and they absolutely did not skimp out on any of the ingredients! My fiancé had the nachos with chicken - he said they were the best nachos he’s had in a long time. (I would be offended since I just made us nachos last week, but after trying a bite of his, I absolutely agreed with him)! We also ordered a few extra side sauces, the avocado ranch was phenomenal! And the chipotle ranch was very good! Their chips and queso were spot on and the guacamole and salsa were great as well!
