Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Very hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it is so-so, and sometimes it just isn't good at all. There have been multiple times where half of our order was missing and we would have to call to get the rest delivered.. There was one instance where we received a whole box full of..sauces... Yes, sauces. When the delivery driver returned she was very confused as to how that happened (but also very apologetic) it's very frustrating that they can't double check orders before heading out for delivery and/or double check the order before handing it off to a driver. I have ordered a papadilla twice. The first was good, and the second was oddly much different than the first and also prepared wrong.(Asked for no onions, and recieved onions) We have tried some smaller pizza chains here in San Carlos and have been soooooo much more happy with customer service experience along with quality consistency. When i placed my order with papa john's i was anticipating some really hot cheesy goodness for my pizza. I customised my order online and the first blunder was the estimated delivery time which was 80 minutes (i was already hungry guys....). The delivery time was a lot shorter than expected (45 minutes) and my pizza was still hott! When i saw the pizza, i was honestly expecting something so great that i would never return to my sole Caribbean pizza stop (Dominoes). This pizza just made me want Dominoes more. The dough was too thick, the toppings were too scarce and i could barely taste the difference between the beef and veggie halves of the pizza. I tried it with and without the jalapeno pepper and there was no great change. Tried it with the garlic sauce as well...no big difference. I was honestly disappoined with the delivery time, the taste and the price ( i felt like i paid way too much for one pizza $24). Im not sure i will order papa...

Called the number and got a recording giving the options .... told me to press "3" for new orders.. got a very rude, snot nosed gal who told me to call back and press "3" to place a delivery order she then hung up on me as I was trying to explain that I did exactly that.... called back and got her again telling me the same thing... yes, She hung up on me .... called the Manager and he was even more clueless than she was... (at lest pressing " 5" to get him worked)..... deciding that getting an order in was more important.. I called back and pressed the number "2" option (which was to check on the status of a current order) and got my order placed...... They need to check on their phones, not get rude and snotty with people just following the instructions.... Pizza is always Good , so that is important as well, if it wasn't, this place would not be worth the...
