First of all, I would like to say that I am a pretty frequent and loyal customer who comes in to the store about 3 to four times a week after I pick up my children from cricket practice, school, water, aerobics, running errands, etc. so I’m typically not dressed “my best” (sweatpants and a T-shirt) when I come in however I am decently maintained and well groomed, but the dirty looks and physically gagging motions I received from one of the workers (marry I believe) towards my presence in the store was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR and just down right rude and nasty!! Never in my life have I faced such disrespect, Marry then proceeded to verbally complain about my appearance to me and the other customers while embarrassing me to be there. Not a minute later marry proceeded to YELL at the poor young man who was cleaning the tables at the time to “come finish her meal” and that she “couldn’t handle looking at this” (implying my appearance). Thankfully the blond curly haired young man was able to finish such a “burden” of an order that marry stated it was, with great customer service and knowledge about the products. Read moreI frequent this subway 1-2x a week due to work proximity and never have a problem. Today when I went in for my weekly pepperoni personal pizza a new face started my order- did not get her name but had green/blue hair. She slapped on 4 whole pepperoni (~3 inches in diameter each). I asked kindly if she could cut them, they were too big to leave as whole. She stared at me blankly for a second and said "no, we don't do that, it takes up too much time." I replied "oh, I come in a couple times a week and the staff always cuts them, never have left them whole?" She responded with "that takes wayyyyy to much time, never would we do that" (at the moment no one is behind me waiting). She starts slicing them and literally throwing them on the pizza, not placing them, half falling off. At this point I am very frustrated and count that it takes her less than 10 seconds to do so and mention that. She flings my pizza in the over, literally throws the metal tray on top of the oven making a huge clashing noise and storms to the back shouting over her shoulder to the other girl "PERSONAL PIZZA, I'm going to the back!!" the other lady checks me out while about 4 people walk in and wait, the other girl never returns to the front. extremely poor customer service and highly...
Read moreWell where do I start, Customer service had me as these young fellas say nowadays “tweaking”, As soon as I entered the Store I was greeted by a Mean bad energy person whose name I believe was (Margy) anyways she asked what I wanted on my sub and proceeded to give me the worst attitude I have ever seen from this subway and she also proceeded to get my order wrong multiple times, She Then proceeded to ask me random questions not relating to my huge footlong, Like “Why your forehead so big” and The horrible one which and I quote “You just lost a customer for your gardening company Jose” Ps, my name isn’t even Jose. Anyways thankfully there was this nice good looking young man with a very nice hairline and he was able to assist me and provide me amazing customer service bless his young soul.
