Good ice cream but incredibly disappointed in our service. They had 3 or 4 flavors that include alcohol but the labeling was very unclear. My husband tried a sample of one of them & was carded. My father in law tried one of the flavors & was not carded. He was unaware that the flavor contained alcohol & he has been sober for 20+ years. When he realized the ice cream had alcohol in it he was very upset with himself. My brother in law brought it to their attention so they would be more cautious of carding people for the ice creams containing alcohol - age is really only one reason to card, and the cashier dismissed him with an "okay, have a good night." The very least they could do is offer an apology, but no. We will be looking for another local ice cream place to take our business to, one with better customer service.

Edit: the owner reached out and was apologetic. She has addressed their menu labeling and practices so things like this will not happen again, which is great. I hope further training for employees...

Went here for ice cream because we had heard they had gluten free cones. When we asked the employees , they did not know what , if any cones were gluten free. The guy called the manager and came back and told us that all of the cones were GF. When I asked to confirm , he told me that they had wheat and soy in them. That means that are NOT gluten free. The other employee came and asked to take our order. When I asked again which , if any cones were GF, she didn’t not know either. She called the owner and came back and said that none of their cones were GF. She handed us a menu that listed the flavors of ice cream they offer that are supposedly GF. We were hesitant to try , since the employees were not well trained. My We were very disappointed because we went there specifically for my daughter, who has Celiac.
