Where to start?! Okay, I’m giving two stars because the pizza tasted okay. To be completely honest, the pizza wasn’t the worst but can we call it pizza if it’s not cut?? We basically tore it ourselves which was a disaster and no one had equal portions. Okay, so we called in an order at 5:32pm for pick-up because delivery is not an option which is fine, we have a car. They said it would be ready in an hour. We sent our nephew to pick it up at about 6:25pm, and we asked him to request more extra ranch which he paid for upon arrival. At 7pm it still wasn’t ready, so I called and asked about the order because my nephew said that none of the kids working were communicating clearly to him. He said they were all young kids and it didn’t look like anyone was in charge. On the phone, A young lady that didn’t seem to know what was going on informed me the order was almost out. When he finally showed up at the house at around 7:25pm with the order, we were SUPER disappointed to see that our order was incorrect in many ways. We spent about $160 dollars with them. We ordered three salads, two Triple Bypass pizzas, among other things. Not only did the salads not have the aforementioned “extra ranch” but we didn’t even get ANY ranch! They gave us balsamic vinegarette, which is basically the polar opposite of ranch. We received a random supreme pizza instead of the triple bypass, and no one here eats olives or mushrooms. So, in conclusion, this wasn’t the worst restaurant experience. However, we were all very hungry and we waited forever. Therefore, spending this much money on pizza that was not as good as the Hungry Howie’s that we ordered four days ago for a FRACTION of the price is super disheartening. And Hungry Howie’s was at our house, DELIVERED, in thirty...
Read moreOne star for the bus girl or waitress who took the time to say have a great day while I re-packed my bag of salads that was handed to me in such a rude manner.
The customer service was by far degrading to say the least. I walked in and felt like they treated me like second class.
When I arrived I waited in line to be helped just to have the cashier try to help the white lady behind me first. After I spoke up the cashier didn’t apologize but she did stop helping the lady and start helping me. She then went back to get my food. Instead of giving me my food first she went out of her way to make sure the customer who she tried to help first got her food first. She then just handed me my pizza and bag of salads without a word.
Now to the food….
Pizza was good
Salads were sub par. How do you serve Caesar salad with no croutons and how do you serve Greek salad with no black olives? How do serve baked spaghetti with no meat sauce for $12.99?
Save your $62 and go somewhere else because clearly they lack...
Read moreBefore going to the restaurant, we first tried to call in our order, but the phone service was "unavailable" (probably shut down to avoid carry-out orders). Went in and ordered carry-out in person, and was told order would be ready in 50 - 60 minutes. Came back 60 minutes later, and was told it would be another 35 to 45 minutes. No offers or additional services were provided for the inconvenience (i.e complimentary breadsticks, etc.), nor was an appology given at that time. When pizzas were finally ready, i took them back to our house, and pizzas were already cold. No one liked the crust on the pizzas - overcooked, didn't raise properly, thin and hard to chew. Toppings were ok. My wife found a hair in one piece. Final observation was the person bussing the tables dropped his cleaning cloth on the floor, where it sat for another minute or so while he cleared off the trash. After table was cleared, he retrieved the rag from the floor and wiped off the...
