Pedros Tacos & Tequila Bar Pace — Restaurant in Florida

When we arrived, the place was mostly empty. We were seated and we ordered and received our drinks. It was longer than normal before the server returned to take our food order. After the order was placed and our food received, a member of the party asked for flour enchiladas and received corn. The server argued they were flour even though there is huge difference between the two and she was definitely wrong. My daughter had to ask several times for ranch and queso for her fries and wings. The server ignored her and then others started asking for it to be brought to out. My wife ordered a steak burrito but received a ground beef. They took this and swapped it out for the correct burrito. My son asked for flour tacos and received corn. He asked for only meat, cheese and sour cream but for some reason they all had tomatoes. He doesn't complain much and tried to eat one of them. In the end he looked at us and said this is just awful. Luckily our daughter shared her wings with him. My food didn't show up for a bout 5-10min after everyone else's. The server never refreshed our drinks despite saying she was going to. When we get ready to leave, members at the table on a different check paid in cash. The server provided the wrong change. They tried to get her attention and she ignored them. I walked up and pointed it out and she said what, the 71 cents? She then walks over to the table and declares we dont have change and pretty much threw a dollar at them while saying here you can take a dollar. With this type of service, we will...

Nobody looked pleased to be there when we arrived. We sat at the bar at 8:45 and the first thing we were asked was if we wanted to order to go. Honestly, probably should have. Got the plainest looking margarita I've ever seen. It was made in 3.5 seconds 😆No salt rim, no lime. Not good. Didn't think we were cutting it that close to closing, says you close at 10?But they were already set on cleaning, mopping, etc. Literally sounded like they were pressure washing. Very loud. Bathrooms were clean though, on the plus side. Food came quickly, and was better than expected! Bartender pretty much just cleaning too, definitely felt like we weren't wanted there. I get it, ya know.. its late, everyone wants to go home. But its 845, not 9:30. Put on your happy face. (: Weren't offered any chips and salsa, maybe they don't do that here, but it looked like the regulars on the other side of the bar had some. Nobody asked if we needed anything or if we wanted anything else. Check was dropped, we paid and left. Faster than a trip to waffle house, seriously. Apparently the company that processes their payments believes they can just store your credit card information and charge you months later for whatever amount they want. This was a one time transaction and the amount was finalized and deducted from my account months ago. After many attempts at trying to reach out to them, as instructed by a freaking Facebook post and to no avail, I had no choice but to cancel my card and dispute an unknown charge for fear of being charged again at any moment for whatever reason they see fit. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again since this was handled entirely inappropriately. Honestly food was mid at best and service is lackluster. There are plenty of other options in the area for similar food and beverages without the fear of unauthorized charges months down the road. Thanks for wasting hours of my time for merely choosing to visit your establishment. You’ve taught me a very valuable lesson that I should never use a card linked to my bank account.
