Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

I was craving some Popeyes and decided to go the location in Pace. When I pulled into the drive thru the parking lot was nearly empty, there were only two cars in front of me. After 5 minutes the first car pulled off to the window. After about 10 minutes of waiting the guy in front of me finally got to order his food. When it was my turn to order food I was told to look at the menu and that I’ll be helped in a moment. I waited for what felt like 15 minutes, did my scratch offs, the lady behind me decided to leave the drive thru and not even order and even a few others. I saw one of the kitchen staff take what seemed like a smoke break but was wearing the same apron the whole time in and out the building. Then I was finally told I could order when ready. The staff working the drive thru window was nice and got my order right and even apologized for the long wait. The kitchen I’m unsure of what was happening in there. Unsifted flour?? My spicy chicken tenders were overcooked , overbreaded and dry and crunchy. I couldn’t even finish it. Chicken tenders only take 3 and 1/2 minutes in a deep fryer. It seemed like they were down double the time. The macoroni was just burnt and unappealing. I got an extra biscuit! But they were old and dry… my mashed potatoes were great and so was the pickle lemonade.. I just wish I could have enjoyed the rest of my $30 order. I will not be coming back to...

This has to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I went not expecting much, since it is fast food but the service was horrible! After waiting In the drive thru for 30 minutes they got our order completely wrong. When we told them at the window that our order was wrong, we were told we HAD to park and come inside if we wanted the order fixed! I had a toddler in the car sleeping so it wasn’t easy to just park and come inside! After going inside to get our food fixed, we were still not given our drinks. I was told that they would bring the drinks out to our car, which they did in the worlds worst drink carrier that collapsed as as they we handing me the drinks and they spilled all over my car. We then had to wait even longer to get more drinks brought out! Once we got home and started eating almost an hour later, we realized that the food was even worse than the service and was borderline inedible! We ended up throwing it out completely! I will never eat at this place again and I will highly encourage all of my friends, family and coworkers to avoid this place...

Pace Location-So my husband just went to Popeye's and went through the drive-thru and he sat there about six or seven minutes and no one ever came to the window and there were employees out in the parking lot smoking cigarettes so he yelled to them to find out if anyone was working at the window and they just ignored him and kept smoking. So finally he yelled through the window to ask the employees inside if anybody was going to wait on him and they were just sitting around in there talking and laughing and they finally came to the window and he wanted to know if anybody was going to wait on him and he just went ahead and left and he had two cars behind him that left as well. We have been waiting for them to open because we love Popeyes and so he wanted to wait a couple weeks till everything died down so that was our experience so far. We typically do not give that reviews but we just think that the managers should know what's going on at this point so the restaurant can keep a good name however he did think that maybe one of the people out in the parking lot was a...
