Lickin Good Donuts-Pace — Restaurant in Florida

There’s a place back in my hometown that I’ve always loved for getting my all time favorite donut, the maple. I haven’t found a place that truly compares to theirs, until now! I went to Lickin Good right before they closed, and although the selection was slim, they had one maple donut left. I could have cried! I was worried it would be stale because it was later in the day, but somehow that donut was the BEST maple donut I’ve ever had (yes, better than my hometown joint!) Pillowy soft and melted in my mouth. I truly had tears in my eyes as I ate this thing. And I tried my best to savor the flavor but man it was too good!

Not sure how this place has such high reviews. Ordered some different kinds of donuts to try this morning, and while they were clearly fresh, they literally stuck to the bottom of the box, the donuts were sub par at best. Here's a solid comparison for ya, their donuts are like getting burgers from Krystal.....soggy and you only finish it cuz you're hungry. I most definitely won't order from here again, especially because Milton Bakery demolishes any donut shop in the area. Just wanted to give this spot a fair shot, too bad. Do yourself a favor, find a different shop or just hit up Milton Bakery. Hell...I'd eat Dunkin over these 🤢 and that's saying something lol your 2 stars is only because they were at least fresh....just...

I have always loved the donuts. I have shared how good they are with friends and family. Today we bought a dozen donuts a variety of types. The box states “Made fresh daily”. The sour cream donuts were so old and hard as a rock. The regular glazed was also not fresh. The other eight were fresh and good. I called the number on the receipt to let them know they forgot to toss the old ones and left a message. No reply. I went to Facebook Messenger and sent them a message, still no reply. So…..we will no longer be giving them our business. Milton Bakery has awesome donuts! I believe they are cheaper than 15.99 for a dozen as well. We don’t care how much they cost but we do care about them being edible,...
