Peter's Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

The food was ok to say the least. The problem with a restaurant with ok food is that the food will not win your business. The waitress we had, Carol, came by to take an order and deliver the food and check. Forget about getting a refill on your drink or anything else that you may need. The service was below satisfactory. I was looking forward to going to Peter's and now I know why the restaurant is empty and people steer me away. I can't believe a family restaurant would have such low standards of service and not do whatever they can to keep people coming back. I would only recommend this place if you are looking for mediocre food and lousy service. Even the ambiance will bring your mood to a terribly low place... just stay away and drive to a different restaurant. Save yourself the disappointment and your money for something more worthwhile... like the McDonald's dollar menu which will seem great after this meal ( I hate McDonalds). The best part was the waitress overcharged our meals and a side of fries were 4 dollars, 1 Oz side of feta 2 dollars (1 dollar on the menu). I didn't even argue the price because I just wanted to get...

Average food for a decent price. But we will not be returning as our waitress had serious attitude issues. No hello, no how are you, couldn't tell you her name other than she was short and petite in statute. We ordered and my eggs came out incorrectly, which took me 10 minutes to inform her because she dropped dish and ran off. I ordered scrambled eggs with American cheese and they came out with cheddar. When I was finally able to let her know, she informs me that they don't have American cheese there! ...... They don't have American cheese. I know, right? Clearly got it wrong and didn't want to return it. But strangely enough another 10 minutes pass and scrambled eggs with American cheese magically appear on a plate for me. 20 minutes after our food came out. Didn't inform me new eggs were coming just brought them out. We were basically done eating so they stayed on the plate. She removed my dish from our bill. So annoyed I didn't even bother to complain...

I hate to do this but I have to... The breakfast is worth going for but I was handed a menu with one price on it and no corrections and after I chose my dinner I was told it was $2 more than what the menu price said. The dinner just wasn't good enough to be worth that price...especially when we gave them the majority of our support through the shut down. Three times since the eat in has been allowed... the dinner was not up to par but we continue to try to support them... No more... it's too expensive...there are no more Baby Backs and the dinner just isn't that good anymore... It was better when it was take out ... I understand the pandemic caused a need for raising prices...Temporarily but you know...say a $1... Not $2 ... we have decided we might do breakfast... No more dinner. Too expensive for the Quality. I do want to add... The owner is very kind... Very friendly... Speaks to you as though you are a repeatable person...I Do...
