RACIST! The Chinese lady practically assaulted me over being called out about SCAMMING prices!!! Wanted a drill walked in asked for 1 she had TONS of products OPEN AND ON THE FLOOR! Offered me an OPEN DRILL OFF THE FLOOR for $90 when I said I didn’t want it off the FLOOR she up charged 1 off the shelf SAME drill to $110! The Spanish girl couldn’t find a bar code for $110 off a sheet of barcodes labeled with descriptions and prices! She scanned a random code for $100 with tax came to $107. I paid CASH while leaving noticed my receipt said I paid by CREDIT CARD!! Went back for a receipt that showed I paid cash the crazy Asian lady EXPLODED! Tried snatching the drill out my hand WITHOUT giving me my money back! This store is SCAMMING prices based on RACE!!! She gave a credit card receipt because she KNOWS her products are DEFECTIVE she has SO MUCH INVENTORY on the FLOOR OPEN!!!!! ONLY A PERSON WHO KNOWS THEY ARE SHADY GETS THAT ANGRY WHEN ASKED TO PROVIDE A RECEIPT THAT SHOWS THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD! I called today to inquire about a specific product before coming into the store. The lady on the phone said to speak Spanish to her because she did not understand. I do not speak Spanish and I asked if someone else could help. She hung up the phone. I called back about 2 hours later hoping someone would be in the store that could understand my question. When I called she hung up on me each time. I have spent so much money in this store. My thing is this, have someone that speaks English and Spanish answering the phones. What made me write this review was only because the lady continued to hang up the phone which was very rude. I will not be spending another dime in this store because of this incident. The manager and/or owner, was unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I visited this place today. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. I understand they are desperate to close the store and leave. Thats why I knew exactly what to buy and I had 10 minutes to do that. Once I entered the store, the manager approached me without saying “Hi or Good afternoon “ and told me that she was closing the store at 6:00pm and I had to leave (in a rude manner) She was so lucky because I needed these products and I ended up buying them but TODAY is the last day I visited this store.
