I demand to talk to the store or regional manager ASAP. We just placed a $50 order. The pizza was wrong upon arrival. It had 3 or 4 topping that we did NOT order. My husband called the store and asked to speak to the manager. It was a young girl, and she was EXTREMELY rude. She said he ordered the wrong pizza, and he tried to explain to her that he did not and that we have the receipt. She told him it "sounds like a you problem", that it would not be remade or refunded, and he could deal with it.
He then requested her name and the store manager's name and number, she said she wasn't giving it to him. He said we would just come to the store to speak to the store manager in person tomorrow with the pizza and receipt. He then requested corporate's number, and she said she wasn't dealing with someone "kid" and refused to give that number as well. He advised her he was not a "kid", this was horrible customer service and this situation would be made right one way or another to which she said "whatever, no it won't." and hung up on him. This was at approximately 9:30 to 9:45 pm on Saturday November 16th.
We have a large family and order from here often, and we will NEVER eat here again. I want to speak to a manager IMMEDIATELY, I demand a full refund, and I have already emailed corporate.
Incidentally, my husband is a 48 year old, 100% service connected disabled Army Combat Veteran. Iraq and Afghanistan. He is not some "kid" that your woke employees are going to disrespect in that manner. Not on my watch.

The VERY WORST PIZZA HUT in the area. These people honestly DO NOT CARE about anything. I'm a pretty forgiving person. I know that sometimes things happen, but with these people it's consistently a bad experience.
From the delivery drivers to the managers, customer service is non-existent. The pizza is always cold, usually flipped upside down or toppings all shifted to one side. That's if you even get the pizza at all. It's very common to get only part of your order or no order at all. Especially if it's within an hour of closing time. If so, you can bet you're not getting your order.
Forget about calling the store. Save your breath. Nobody there cares anything about you or the food you ordered. As soon as you mention anything other than a new order, you're placed on hold and they have no intention of picking back up.
Surely they know that without customers, they are out of business? Maybe that's the plan. I wish the owners would sell to someone who will run it the right way, or fire the damned lot of them and start over. In either case, my business will go to Domino's Pizza. My family spends about $300 a month on pizza. Domino's is grateful for my business.

Read moreWe ordered a big dinner box from here this evening. We got 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks in the box. My mom is unable to eat fruits and vegetables with seeds due to a condition she developed later in life. Most of the time when we order pizza without sauce we end up with a pizza that is mostly bread with a few toppings. However the pizza we got tonight was wonderful. They put a proper amount of cheese and topping to account for the no sauce.
I walked in to get the pizza and I could tell they were likely finishing our order. Someone walked behind the gentleman taking care of the orders coming out of the oven and he accidentally dropped our breadsticks. It would have been easy for someone to pass off what happened, pick it up, and claim the 5 second rule. This is not what happened. You could visually tell he was upset with himself, but asked for the back to put in a rush breadstick order.
Someone came up to help me and I told them my name. He realized it was my breadsticks. He was so kind and apologized for the wait because of the drop. Little did he know I just appreciated the honesty for not putting dropped breadsticks in the box and telling me the truth while I was waiting.
