Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I have eaten at a lot of Pizza Huts in my life. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a pizza hut in my life. Arguably the worst resturant experience I have had in my life.

My family Decided to go to Pizza hut after a day at Buccaneer Bay. We were the only customers in the store at the time. The Waitress (Her name is Caitlin) took the orders of 2 of the people at the table. When my mother wanted to place an order, the waitress rolled her eyes and walked away. Assuming this was a mistake, the next time the waitress came around, we signaled to her that we wanted to place an order. She looked my mother dead in the eye and walked away again. Multiple times people at the table directly asked her for water refills, which she refused to get (specifically for 4 children under 9 who were complaining that they were thirsty). My aunt got up and had to ask the manager for a pitcher so that she could refill the children's waters herself.

During this time another largish party showed up and the waitress told us we had to get out despite my mother still not having been able to even place her order for us. After everybody was done eating, my mother started waiving her hands at the lady or anybody who would listen that she was ready to place her order. She literally had to stand up and yell to the lady that she was ready to place her order now that everybody was done and we were being kicked out.

Finally the manager placed my mother's order and we had to wait about 25-30 minutes for the pizza at the front window with 4 annoyed and restless children. Finally she got her Pizzas which she had already paid for. When she went to grab them, the manager told her she had to pay. She then had to argue with the manager, with receipt in hand, (you know, proof that she actually paid) for another 5 minutes before he was willing to even look at the receipt.

I have never seen someone be so disrespectful to my mother in my life and it was difficult to hold my tounge. I suggest that nobody eats here and if they do, that they...

This is my second bad experience in a row and I think we are done with Pizza Hut. We started getting the hand tossed pizza because the pan pizza we've ordered for the last 10 years is now $2 more per pizza and you can give me the "25% more cheese" spew but they do not look or taste any different to me. Onto today's experience. I thought the last time may have been a fluke but we received our pizzas again and a solid 2 inches (maybe more) around the pizza was just crust, and I mean gross, kinda sweet, over cooked crust. The cheese on the pizzas was minimal and the sauce not even able to be tasted on one. We have been a Pizza Hut family for so long now but I just can't bring myself to pay $2 extra for a pizza that I have ordered so many times over the years, however, I also cannot stand the glorified cafeteria pizza that we have choked down recently. I do hope things change and Pizza Hut decides to put their customers over this...

We drove to the Spring Hill Pizza Hut so we could “dine in”. We ordered a large pan pizza with half pepperoni and green peppers. And we all ordered sodas. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. The pizza came out pretty quickly and our waitress served the first slice. It came out hot and smelled sooo good — it was just how we ordered it. Later she checked to see how our food was and if we needed anything else. We took our time eating the delicious pizza. Towards the end of our visit, our waitress asked if we wanted a box for leftovers and we said yes please. She left us the box and our check.
