A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

Came to this location a couple weeks ago with my husband and friend after kayaking and we had the best experience. The root beer and food were amazing but what really made the whole experience was a sweet girl working the register named Aysa. I ordered a mug that I thought had a small crack in it and she found me a new one and personally inspected it to make sure it was flawless. She was so incredibly kind and helpful. I asked her if she was the manager because she carries herself as such. She was so professional and truly has a radiant personality. I don’t review fast food restaurants very often because I usually don’t feel strongly one way or the other but Aysa deserves a promotion and a raise. The girls at the window are very sweet but I tell you what! it takes so long to get any kind of food there,It's ridiculous. All I got was fried clams. They're frozen. Drop them in the fryer and we're good. It was as if they had to go out and catch them. The outside of the restaurant is disgusting. It needs to be painted and cleaned.You can't read the sign that has the menu because the whole front of it is clouded . It's really bad somebody needs to go in there and help them Don't they have anybody from a&w or Long? John silver's inspecting them? The people were nice . However I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes . There were two cars in front of me . When it was my turn the person that waited on me asked if I ordered chicken . I had ordered 1 chilidog no onions or cheese . When I told her she closed the window and talked to another worker . While I waited she waited on someone at the counter . She kept touching her hair and then the money then the packaging . Not sanitary to me . When I got my chilidog it had onions on it and the chili tasted like it was a few days old .
