JP THAI KITCHEN — Restaurant in Spring Hill

The pad Thai was some of the best I've had in all of central Florida. My girlfriend got a version where they used woo sent (thin) noodles insta of the traditional one that blew my mind it was so yummy.

I got the khao soon (coconut curry soup). It was perfectly spicy and the flavor between the soup and add ina was like nothing I'd ever had before. Rich and automatic, spicey, creamy, and the noodles were perfectly paired.

Service was excellent although it took a while for us to be noticed at the front door. My friend assured me that that's not the typical experience.

Once you were seated the staff was awesome. Super friendly. Very attentive. One of them even told us about some cool places to visit around town.

The food was so good, I ordered a to-go so that I could have it again tomorrow.

I don't come to Spring Hill often, but I think this restaurant...

We've Been here 3 times - very nice restaurant. Service is excellent. Food is above average, but not the best we've tasted. Their Thai Hot spice is really hot- which is great if you like that! Drunken Noodles with Pork was really good, but on the dry side. Pork Pad See Ew was really good - but, forgot to add the carrots, which was listed on the menu . My husband didn't like the green curry- wasn't anything special. The Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables with Pork was very good, but in my opinion could have used just a tiny bit more veggies. We asked for more sauce this time around and they did and it was way better. The Pork meat was very tasty each time. Give them a try - they are better than most restaurants we've been to. We Always like to give new restaurants support- wishing them...

I usually do not post reviews, but for this meal I felt compelled. I was very disappointed in the flavor of the food. I ordered takeout.

I ordered a stir fry dish that was supposed to have basil and chili as flavoring. There was NO Basil in what I received, nor chili nor flavor in my dish.The spring rolls tasted mostly like oil. Peppers were added to my tom kha gai; I had to pick them out, as I do not care for them and they were not listed in the description; the soup tasted okay after the fix. My husband ordered pad Thai with chicken. He said it was nothing like he had ever tasted.... Very little flavor.
