1/06/24 7 pm. Pulled up to the inside drive thru (there are 2 separate drive thru lanes side by side) and waited literally 10 minutes to put in an order. Meanwhile.... The outer drive thru lane had 3 separate cars pull up and order while I sat their in my lane waiting.. frustrated, I said " hello" is anyone there? A guy spoke through the speaker saying it will be a minute. When the 4th car pulled up to the outer drive thru and they began to take his order - I had enough. I pulled forward to the first window where the guy was taking orders and asked him what's wrong with my lane? I explained in detail how I've been waiting for a long time while they only take orders through the other lane. I was instructed by him " your supposed to wait their until I take your order. He left the window without taking my order and the manager (I think she was) came to the window and informed me I can't order at the window. She said she told him to stop taking any orders because the back screen was full of backed up orders. I explained in detail what happened and I was told I still can't order at the window and she's not allowed to take my order at it. I said "so I can't order my food?" She said correct. I asked who was the owner and she said CJ? And thats who said they can't take orders at the window. I would suggest in the future closing one of the drive thru lanes when your not capable of handling both lanes. I understand having labor issues and being backed up but SHE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN MY ORDER at the window under those circumstances..... It's not the first time I've seen issues with not taking orders for extended periods of time at the drive thru because they couldn't keep up. Close one lane down!!!! Very poor customer service NOT DUE TO THE WAIT - But due to not taking my order at the window after all I went through. I ended up going to...
Read moreHey everyone at your Burger King spot! I've got some awesome news! This BK is just as fantastic as the one on US 19. Customers can dive into those delicious flame-grilled burgers for both lunch and dinner. And for those early risers, you can snag any of BK's breakfast goodies, like the Croissan'wich (if it's on the menu). Now, for the not-so-great news! On March 7, 2025, my mom drove me through your drive-thru in her red car, and she ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, some chicken nuggets, fries, and a medium sweet iced tea. But guess what? I ended up with two double cheeseburgers instead of the bacon ones. I did get the chicken nuggets, fries, and iced tea, though! While I was enjoying my lunch at my apartment instead of in the car or at your BK, I discovered an onion ring in my takeout bag. I decided to munch on it alongside my meal. It seems one of your team members accidentally tossed in that onion ring, and I just went with it. Sorry about the mix-up! But wait, there's more! On April 2, 2025, the day after the great prank day, my mom treated me to a feast fit for a king: two bacon cheeseburgers, a petite pile of french fries, some Mozzarella Fries, marinara sauce, and a refreshing cup of Burger King's sweet iced tea. Naturally, I had to dive into those Mozzarella Fries with marinara, and let me tell you, they were as heavenly as the flame-grilled bacon cheeseburgers, the small fries, and that sweet iced tea. It seems one of your team members might have pulled a little prank by tossing those Mozzarella Fries and marinara sauce into the bag, thinking it was still April Fools' Day when my mom swung by the drive-thru....
Read moreWow! This place is run by a bunch of snotty high school kids whom roll their eyes at you when you say “Hello” and “Thank you”. The little girl at the counter, Rebecca, was too busy flirting with the other customers to pay attention to our order. It sat ready and getting cold as we watched her twirl her hair and giggle. When she finally remembered, she practically threw our food at us with no apology for our wait (it probably says something about this location that no one is EVER there. I can understand why). As I had my baby in my arms, I found it hard to “catch” my food! I asked for a manager at this point and she crossed her arms and said “I am the manager!”. I would be surprised if this girl could even legally drive and she sure isn’t mature enough to be a manager. As far as customer service, “Renecca”, was the WORST by far I have ever had and I am retired military with two active duty tours in Iraq. I don’t ask for respect, but I do think even as a civilian I deserve it from a restaurant where they take my hard earned money- for cold food and an attitude. The one young employee, “Jordan”, however, seemed very pleasant and hard working. She seemed to notice my family and I were upset, she care over from drive thru just to apologize for her boss. Seems to me Jordan should be in the top rank and maybe Rebecca can go learn some manners before summer break is over. Really i hate to sound mean, but this was very disrespectful.
Glad...
