My BIGGEST issue is Mary (pink hair & tattoos). I started having an issue when she would constantly complain about my exes special order on his coffee which was simply add ice and blend. Then she started purposely making him sick by adding milk when he has a dairy allergy. We complained to the m.o.d. she remade his coffee and noticed how drastically lighter in color the one Mary made compared to the one she made with no dairy. Then I posted on my personal social media about Mary flinging her hair around off duty behind the coffee counter and how her approximately 3 year old daughter was spinning around behind the coffee counter and almost got hit by the employee door in the area and how she hit her head on the counter. My friend then posted that here on Google. Today when I was leaving with my ex and my daughter she was at her car and either threw something at my car (& missed) or pretended like she threw something at it as I drove by. I was back again on my way home and she was standing at the employee door with it open smoking. As I drove by I noticed she was recording me with her cell phone so I waved and said hi for the camera and told her if she throws something at my car watch what happens because I would report her to the police and corporate if she does anything to my car. If I see she's making coffee I will get something else to drink. I spend $7 or more every visit and I'm in there at least 5 times a day every day. If the truth bothers her about how neglectful she was with her daughters safety and she can't handle adding ice and blending a coffee then that's on her. My ex could have pressed charges on her for purposely making him sick but he didn't. All we had to do was give the coffee she made to a lawyer who could've had it tested and proved there was milk in it. She's very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate about all this as well. Read moreThe ONLY problem I have with this location is Mary (pink hair & tattoos) & Jamie (short heavier blonde) purposely make my roommate sick. They make it know they don't like him or his special order. They see him and sigh loudly and roll their eyes and complain about him. He is highly allergic to dairy. So he gets his cold brew without ANY milk. His special order is ice and blend, that's it, real simple. They told him he had to pay extra for that and that the manager was wrong for telling him he could order it that way. Whenever either of these two make his coffee he gets sick after two sips because they put dairy in it. We complained and had the manager remake it and she even noticed the DRASTIC color difference between the one they made and she made him. If we see either of them making coffee we will leave and go across the street to Dunkin. We're in there several times a day every day, but we will not allow them to continue to poison him. They're lucky he decided not to press legal charges on them. It is deliberate and everytime. Everybody else makes it just fine with no issue. We also will not order food if either of them are making it because they are very vindictive and dangerous, who knows what they will do to our food orders. Read moreI've been coming to this Wawa for 4.3 years i was happy with this Wawa, but the last year it has changed. Employees do not know how to make sandwiches. You tell them light cheese, and they put a gallon of cheese on it. I come to Wawa every single day, 6 days a week. I get my milk, my bagel or my consent. Every single morning. I get the pink milk. I told the manager to get rid of some of the chocolate milk that does not sell every time. I come. The pink milk is empty. It's not fair. I ran a convenient show gas station for 7 years. I look at my product and I see what sells more so I buy more. I think you should do the same. You are losing my business. Because now I do not come 2 or 3 times a day to get my breakfast. My lunch and my iced teas. The girl that makes the croissants the last week, 3 times it has been empty. It's not right. You won happy customers. Make it happen. I have 3 more emails.
