Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Embarrassing experience! But I need to leave this review for them and everyone else to see how they treat their customers. Last night I got two crunch wrap supreme and paid for extra cheese. It was very bad because all I got in the wrap was tomato and lettuce. It tasted like nothing. I called and talked to the manager. She was nice and understanding. She offered to give me two free wraps and she said she will leave a note for the workers to know about it. Today I was there and let them know about my experience and the offer from their manager. The black lady name Justice refused to give me the wraps because she did not see any notes. I was very embarrassed and left. I called and talked to their manager name Rosie. She said she no body knows about what I'm claiming. I felt so bad for being treated like that. Drove all the way there as they offered to give me the wraps and then they refuse. I told them about exact time I called and finally they agreed that there was a miscommunication with their manager. They wanted me to drive back again so they would give me two wraps but I was so upset about the situation that refused to go back but leaving this review here. Taco Bell Please learn to not embarrass your customers. You offered me to give me free wraps and yet you made me look like an idiot and a lier. ...

If i could give this 0 stars i would. What I just experienced here was horrible. I made a mobile order at 10:45 AM and when I went to pick it up at 11am no one at the drive thru answered so I called the phone number of the store a young lady answered from within the store and told me that they are understaffed and that they wont be serving food until 12pm and gave me attitude. So i parked and waited and when it was 12pm i noticed a worker a youngman walk into the store and the girl opened and i noticed a bunch of cars went through the drive through and went past it so i waited assuming they were getting ready to serve. It was 12:30 when i went through the drive through and the same young lady from the phone finally answered but she told me that they are closed and wont open for another hour and it sounded like she was doing weird stuff. Completely horrible experience and unacceptable. Check on your staff because they were there not wanting to work and still getting paid doing who knows what...

I was happy they opened this Taco Bell in Hunter’s Creek. As far as fast food goes, Taco Bell is one of my favorites and this location opened about 2 blocks from our house!

We have now been to this Taco Bell 7 or 8 times, and our food has been wrong every single time. We always order ahead on the app, so there is no chance of anything being lost in translation at the drive thru speaker.

When we went today, we actually joked when we opened our bag that we knew something would be missing or wrong. To our surprise, we cheered when we went through the bag and everything was there. Unfortunately, as we ate, we got to one of the burritos that was not supposed to have sour cream, and that was pretty much all that was on it.

So, our food was wrong yet again.
