A horrible customer service skills horrible attention horrible location when you’re not missing an item they gave you the wrong one when they didn’t give you the wrong one they charged you incorrectly when they didn’t charge you incorrectly they charged you double when you have credits to use for your items they refuse to use them unprepared staffing and honestly I understand they don’t get training they don’t get the appropriate way to handle the customers but you don’t have to man Splaine anything to me when I have been purchasing from you guys for over 20 years yes over 20 years that’s correct I know how the system works I know how things are done and I know what you can and can’t do you don’t have to man Splaine anything to me first other I know some of this isn’t their fault because they are trained properly but there is a face of Pizza Hut so obviously when you have a bad experience you blame them because they’re the face of the company right now every single day every single time that I go to this location there’s an issue every time I really wish that I didn’t have to go but unfortunately because of my daughters treatment this is the only Pizza Hut and Pizza Hut location that she likes the pizza from for three weeks straight every single day I have to go through something with these people like yesterday they told me that my charger my car didn’t go through it did go through they took the money away from my bank account then they wanted the card again I told him no because the card went through I showed them the proof then today they gave me a reward because because of the issue that I had last time guess what they told me that I couldn’t use that reward I had to call in and then have to do it on the corporate I told him that’s not accurate you guys can do it with my phone number it doesn’t matter if the orders placed online or not that is something that it’s available and you guys can do no he stood there for about 10 minutes man Splaine to me that he has a two year experience and that’s not how it works apparently when I have purchased pizza for about 20 years and that is how it works I can’t stand this location it’s so horrible inside honestly even the mini pizzas are better in my opinion but it’s not me the one that her taste buds change and this is the only thing...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and a few other items on their website, with a delivery time shown within the tracker in my email. Needless to say 45 minutes after the mentioned delivery time within the tracker, I finally decided to hop in my car and head to the store given I already paid for it via debit card through their website (and driving there was a HUGE inconvenience). Upon arriving the lobby was closed, so I had to go through drive-thru. The lady at the window initially looked confused when I mentioned my name and that I was there to pick up a ln order that was a scheduled delivery....and by that point it was more than 45 MINUTES LATE!
She then called the manager over to the window who finally found my order in their system, and the manager stated they were short staffed but when I initially arrived in the parking lot 3 employees were standing on the side of the building smoking cigarettes and talking on their cell phones. I included a tip through my online debit card payment as well, and due to me picking my order up the only thing the woman manager decided to remove from my bill was the tip. She then handed me my food through the drive thru window, and I when I finally got home which was only a few minutes away I immediately noticed that my food was cold.
This was obviously due to my food sitting in the store for so long with no one looking to deliver it, and I never received a phone call to tell me why my food was SUPER LATE with delivery. I should have read these reviews first before doing business with them, this was the worst Pizza Hut I ever ordered food from. Read moreQuite literally the worst. Ordered 1 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Placed the order at 4:15pm trying to beat the busy dinner crowd. A man shows up to our apartment complex complaining about the call box to get in (which we’ve never had complaints or issues before). My husband walks down to the gate to the get the pizza so that it’s made easier. The man driving the car stops him and says he actually doesn’t have our pizza and that the store didn’t give it to him. Mind you it’s 5:40pm at this point. I called the store and Chrissy told me that they would send out a new one right away and refund me. Great. Or so I thought. At 6:30 I call again to check on it. (2 hours in) After all, it should be a rushed order because they had to correct it. Chrissy said that it was “on the way.” At 7:30 (OVER 3 HOURS IN) my husband DRIVES to the store to pick it up. It’s 9 min away! They told him “it’s on the way with another driver”. Even though they said that an hour ago…. It’s 9:30pm and we STILL HAVE NO PIZZA. The store could have apologized and made one while we waited in the parking lot for it. Instead they sent my husband back home to wait. He’s now home….. and there’s no delivery. Tell me how my husband can make it to and from the store before your driver gets to our door when the driver supposedly left over an hour ago? Worst Pizza Hut service I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention, my second review I’ve ever even bothered to write. Needless to say, I’m on my way to subway since clearly Pizza Hut couldn’t care less about people...
