If I could give a ZERO star I would. I walked in and ordered a pizza. I was told it would be ready in about 19 mins. There was a young girl who took the order. She asked me to repeat the order a couple of times and I did. I then paid for the pizza.
I came back in 30 mins but noticed my name was no where on the screen as "ready". A couple of other gentlemen came in asking as well, one before me, one after. Their pizzas were not ready either. The young lady kept apologizing and saying she didn't know why they were so backed up....I asked why wasn't my name even on the screen as even pending. After a bit of back and forth w the yg lady going to the back... I asked her to just tell me the truth..Was there even a pizza put in for me...Initially, she said there was a cptr glitch, that my name was some how under some one else's...Then I asked isn't that an input mistake? She then acknowledged that the error was hers. Now the entire time she was nice and apologetic and I was calm as well...She offered for me to wait again for pizza and it was going on 45 mins. She then said she would ask her manager if I could get a rebate. NOTE: The suggestion came from the yg lady...Things took a turn when the mgr approached from the back. She did not introduce herself Initially...She just came towards me from the back YELLING that she could give me a pizza that I would still have to wait for..now almost an hr or my money back...I told her in equal volume that I would just take my money back....She then yells even louder that I was disrespecting her by yelling at her and she was not doing anything I stopped disrespecting her. She was far louder than I was and inappropriately so.
NOW mind you, the mistake was theirs, the rebate idea was the yg lady's that made the mistake. They already had my money. I had now waited 50mins or more. The mgr approached YELLING at me about how I AM NOT GONNA DO BOTH and that by reponding in equal volume I was disrespecting her. Now mind you, there were 2-3 other people in the lobby...She then YELLS she's going to call the police...I told her to go ahead. There were witnesses...At no time did I threaten her, move towards her, move my hands in any kind of threatening way...AS a mgr, she was the worst. She escalated the entire situation. She did not introduce herself initially. SHE approached me YELLING and in front of everyone.. She NEVER apologized for their error, my wasted time or even explained any part of what happened. I answered over and over give me my money back. She just kept YELLING I am not doing both. She got into this you are disrespecting me so I am not doing anything... Mind you SHE WAS YELLING FROM THE FIRST TIME SHE APPROACHED ME. I responded in kind. Why the police comment. She must have rethought that bc I was fine w it. I had done NOTHING wrong accept respond in kind that I wanted my money back.. . It became so not worth the $13 something I had spent...I simply walked out..This is THE WORST example of customer service especially when the place of service was in the wrong AND had ur money, inconvenienced you and approached you yelling w/o any apology, introduction (until she was in mid...
Read moreI went to Pizza Hut to order food. The experience was terrible. The lady was extremely rude because I asked her if she could please make sure that the cheese is covering the pizza so there's no red showing. For whatever reason my request triggered her. Her response was if you going to pay for extra cheese. I was shocked. I said to her. I just wanted to look like the picture on the wall. I'm not requesting extra cheese. She said the pizza's never look like they do on the wall if you want it to be covered your going to pay for extra cheese rudely. I was shocked at her rudeness. I said that's okay. Thanks... I proceeded to leave. I smiled and said have a good day. She yells whatever. I look back at her and ask her do you think that was appropriate or professional to say to me? I ask her why would she said whatever. She told me because I told her that's okay and walked away. I said you think you don't think that was a rude. I said I was not being rude to you at all. I was speaking very calmly to her. I want edher to see her err. But she didn't. She became very argumentative. I asked her for the address. She said she didn't know the address. I asked her for a receipt sitting on the register. She yells and says that's not your receipt. I said I just wanted to get the information off of it. What my hopes was is to get the store number so I can file a complaint. All she told me wasn't the street was Bartram after I asked her again. I asked what the store number she gave me a number she told me she wrote down 4285.
Asking for cheese to cover the pizza so there no red is showing turned into contention. I'm very shocked by the unprofessionalism of this Pizza Hut. I won't utilize this...
Read moreWorst treatment I've ever had from a so called manager of a pizza place! I just called the Bartram Oaks Walk Pizza Hut to explain to them that last time we ordered their pizza they forgot some toppings and their new cupped pepperoni tasted like burnt plastic. The pepperoni had to be removed and even then the pizza was barely edible. I was hoping to get 1 of our 2 medium pizzas for free after that experience so I called to talk to a manager instead of ordering online. I've had multiple similar experiences in the past with pizza joints and they've always been happy to accommodate reasonable requests. When I explained this story to the manager she cut me off and said rudely; "Sir! Thats not how this works, I can't just give you a free pizza if you didn't call back the night you had the bad experience and report the issue then!" So I said; "Well I'm telling you now your pepperoni tasted like burnt plastic, and no I didn't bother calling back about it the night it happened" She just started to repeat the same thing over again with even more attitude so I was left with no choice to tell her "Ok lady if it's gonna be like that I'll take my business elsewhere." I'll be getting in touch with a regional manager about this soon too, absolutely unacceptable, this woman needs to...
