Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Florida

Tonight was My first time here and was surprised I was greeted walking in. The girls were enthusiastic and helping a line of people ordering ice cream. They worked fast and efficiently to get the line moving but interacted with the customers. It’s hard to come by places nowadays that have good customer service, it was a clean environment, as I was in line I noticed one employee coming out of the bathroom with cleaning supplies. When it was my turn to order I was indecisive because their smoothie section was extensive but BRIELLE was AMAZING ! Her patience with me was great and had awesome suggestions as to what I could modify on certain smoothies I was interested in. My dad usually goes here and went there last night and stood in line for a while. Few other people started walking in and getting in line on the other side. Mind you he waited there for over 10 minutes while the girl there was helping others. No one said anything to him and she started helping the people that walked in way after he did. So when he asked her she replied "we switched the start of the line to the other side a few days ago" and continued to help the people that walked in after him. How are you going to let someone stand there for some long and not say anything?? What kind of customer service do you practice? This place is a cold stone and Planet smoothie in one store which I love! I visited this store on April 25, 2025 for a medium mountain man crunch from Planet Smoothie (my current favorite smoothie). I was a little disappointed after receiving my order.. my smoothie came in a cold stone cup (which isn’t a problem but it does not look like the size I paid for and what I normally receive). The smoothie itself tasted good and had flakes of oats on top which was new to me but I liked it. I wasn’t happy about the size.
