Pollo Tropical

We are so upset, and disappointed, with this Pollo Tropical. We have been, purchasing, food from this location store. For many many years. We have always, excuse, a lack of customer service, and complete meals. In other words. Most of the times. There's something missing. Well today, this location Pollo Tropical. Ruined our family's Super Bowl Sunday. Four of the black bean orders, that we ordered were all liquid. No beans inside. Plus they forgot two orders of rice. And the chicken was old and cold. And it seems like management, it's not there on Sundays. Drive to is horrible. Where are the CEOs, and the owners of this company. We are asking, and reaching out, that you go and straighten this restaurant. I will not return, until I see an improvement. This is terrible. We are so disappointed as a family and home. I will spread the news, to all my fellow students, at FIU. This is totally unacceptable. You asked her Management, on Sundays. And it seems like they hide. Three or four, employees come and tell you different stories. Why management cannot attend you. Or try to fix your problem. Horrible horrible horrible. Disappointing. What a shame. A company, so large. And lacking, the skills, to train their employees, and a cordial way. Not good for your Polo Tropical. This location store, is bringing your corporation name down. To the dirt's. And this is not the first time, that we have reflected, on an issue like this in the past three years. Nothing new to us. We're getting used, to getting ripped off, through the drive-thru. I wrote this review, 6 days ago. Whoever is in charge, of reviewing, Google reviews. For this location store. Actually set me a return message. Saying. Thank you so much. And that they appreciate, the good review, that I wrote. This is very confusing. Because my review, was nothing but negative things. They ruined our Super Bowl Sunday. This Pollo Tropical Oh, what a joke. It must be privately owned. It's the dumpiest, low-class Pollo Tropical in the state of Florida. Horrible I wish I could write something positive, about this location store. Like I was able to, last year.
