This place gives me anxiety. To be on a main road, there service is absolutely horrible!
I think I have interacted with one nice staff member. Everyone else is either rude or careless. They donât believe in the words thank you, Iâm sorry or youâre welcome; they just pass you the food through the window and close it in your face. I used to visit this location several times a month as I live close by but now I just go to the one on Dixie. Although itâs farther, the service and food is better.
Holy hell are they slow! There could be three cars in line and itâs almost a guarantee you will be there for 15 min.
The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes itâs nice and fresh, other times itâs disgusting. Itâs a fast food restaurant so my standards are already low, but the quality of the food sometimes is so bad you canât even eat it.
They constantly run out of the garlic cilantro sauce. Not the end of the world but itâs an inconvenience to us sauce lovers.

   Read moreWell, you can tell when management really doesn't care about customers. Nope, won't be going here again. I placed an order online, was told 13 minutes before ready. Got there 20 minutes later, it was hard to get into the parking lot as the line was a quarter mile into the street. Once we parked next door and walked over, we realized the dining room was closed and a sign said to call for pick up orders. We called - immediately no answer and voicemail. Drive thru kid went inside for us and said our order was not ready, we needed to go through the drive thru - which was at least 30 minutes long. We told him we would need a refund and wanted to speak to the manager. He said online orders had to call corporate. That was a lie. I logged back in and corporate said to call store. I called the store and pressed 3 different buttons each time being on hold for 5 minutes before getting an answering machine. Not her but the one who looks to be working. She fanned herself with a plate and touched her face with the plate and then touched her lips then put plate down . Then served someone's food on that plate. Quality control the girl that was serving food same one who fanned herself with plate . Gave me black beans with like 10 beans on it . It was liquid juice with no beans . I left hungry. Did you here me I left hungry after dishing out the money for a meal . The quoter chicken was so small and crispy no juice had to drink after every bite. Shame on you . Shame on the manager on site . Shame on district manager for hiring and having no over site. And if the kid wearing the red shirt is a manager or assistant if he looked at the dinning room would see filth all over the floor tables and trays that where left on tables .
