I ordered a large Sicilian pizza tonight. When the driver showed up he had two boxes and I said I just orded a Sicilian pizza, he said this is it. I thought, never ordering here before, maybe the The Sicilian being narrow and longer, wouldn't fit in one box. I took it inside to find out there was My Sicilian pizza, and also a regular round pizza.
I called the store and spoke to the manager and said there was a mistake you accidentally left me someone else's pizza as well as mine. He said "no I make ticket I make two pizzas". I said I only ordered one pizza, to which he replied "I only make what tickets say tickets say two pizzas". He put me on the phone with the girl that took my order and she apologized and said when I ordered The large Sicilian, she thought I wanted a large AND a Sicilian. She was very nice. The manager was rude from the get-go. She offered to credit me for a pizza the next time. I received a phone call 10 minutes later saying if I was going to get a credit they needed to come to my house and take the round pizza back. I told them fine come get it, and and to instead take that round pizza off of my bill, as I didn't want a future credit, as this is the last I ever do business with you.
If the pizza was good, that would be another story, but it was not. The Sicilian pizza is, no joke, almost 2 in thick, 1/4" of that being toppings. Yes I'm 55 years old, and I know a Sicilian pizza is thicker, but this was ridiculous it was like eating an entire loaf of French bread with pizza toppings on top.

Recently, your delivery driver has been pressuring and harassing our front desk staff for additional tips, despite tips being added through the app. This behavior is not only unprofessional but has created an uncomfortable situation in our workplace.
Adding to the issue, our orders have been frequently incorrect or incomplete, which further discourages any additional tipping beyond what’s already provided through the platform.
When I called to express these concerns, I expected a constructive conversation. Instead, the blame was placed entirely on us as customers, with no acknowledgment of the driver’s aggressive behavior or the recurring order mistakes.

I waited about 10 minutes and still hadnt gotten one, so i called and they said they had it. They delivered the food and i had ordered 1 medium pizza, a small cesar salad, and two waters. There was the pizza box and a bag on top he was handing me, and i asked if the waters were in the bag and he said yes. Went inside and they were not. No big deal only 95 cents for both and i was starving. But when i got to the pizza i was disappointed. The dough was rough and chewy, sauce tasted sweet and generic, and there wasn’t alot of cheese. The pizza was all together pretty bland, even with the toppings. Will not be oredering again due to lack of efficiency and lack of taste. The garlic rolls they served with the salad were poor in taste as well and are definitely not made in house....
