I recently had the utmost pleasure of dining at Curry Tabanca, a gem of a restaurant nestled in Lake Worth, offering the most flavorful Trinidadian and Caribbean delicacies. The experience was both tasty and heartwarming, leaving me yearning for more.
My visit started with a warm welcome from Shaline, who displayed the perfect blend of professionalism, charm, and radiant friendliness. Her engaging persona added a warm and hospitable atmosphere that surely makes Curry Tabanca a must-visit locale. I say this with all due respect to Shaline—there’s something powerful about a warm smile.
Turning to the food, the paratha and boneless curry chicken I ordered were nothing short of culinary masterpieces. The delicate, flaky layers of the paratha served as the perfect companion to the mouthwatering curry chicken. It was evident that each meal component had been prepared with extraordinary attention and skill.
What added a unique touch was that Chef Brenda not only prepared the food but also served it herself. There was something incredibly hospitable and genuine about this act - it resembled a mother serving a meal to her son, which further infused an unrivaled sense of comfort to the dining experience.
Shaline's irresistible charm, combined with this divine food, exponentially enhances the eagerness for my next visit. The delightful experience offered at Curry Tabanca, accentuated by the captivating aura of the staff and the delicious food, makes it a preferred choice that rises above the already high culinary bar.
In conclusion, Curry Tabanca goes beyond offering delicious Trinidadian/Caribbean food - it is a home away from home. It's a place where the meals are served with love and the staff welcomes you with genuine warmth. I highly recommend a visit to Curry Tabanca for an unforgettable and flavorsome encounter. The paratha and boneless curry chicken are particularly delectable and worth trying.

Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I recently had at your establishment. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed your food, but unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied and frustrated.
During my visit, I ordered a sandwich, but to my shock and disgust, I discovered shark bone in it. Not only was this a health hazard, but it also completely ruined my meal experience. When I brought this issue to the attention of the cashier, I expected any type of resolution to the problem. However, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of concern.
The cashier's response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue and offering a solution, she simply brushed off my concerns and stated that she was aware of the presence of bones in the sandwich, therefore refusing to provide any form of assistance.
This level of customer service is deeply disappointing and does not reflect well on your establishment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and care, especially when it comes to matters of health and safety. The way this situation was handled has left a sour taste in my mouth, I have also taken the liberty to upload a photo of the bone that was in the sandwich.
I urge you to take this feedback seriously and to address the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by your staff. Customers should feel valued and respected, and it is imperative that incidents like this are not repeated...
Read moreUpdate: Visited again, had no issues and just as delicious! I was wrong about the paratha as well, I did get the correct thing. Definitely one of my new favorite places to eat.
First visit yesterday, I was a little confused as I’ve never been and I don’t know Trini food like that, the girl at the register was pretty young so I didn’t expect it but would’ve liked more explanation on what we were ordering. I ordered the bone stew chicken with a side of channa (chickpeas) and a double, they were out of the aloopi. Now instead of the channa, they gave me the curry aloo (potatoes?) and almost forgot my double, I had to ask and wait some more.I asked for paratha and got roti (I think based on the information I was given regarding the 2, but I could be wrong!) and the wait was long. Now that all sounds not the best huh? The food was worth it!!! I enjoyed the food so much that I would go through that again, they were nice so it could’ve been just an off time and everyone is entitled to that. The doubles was delicious, next time I’ll add some meat to it. The roti was amazing with the roti and the curry potatoes and we just enjoyed everything. Well seasoned, well cooked, everything was a 10/10. Even my parents who I ordered some for, ate it and didn’t complain! After eating it, I had no complaints aside from the serving size because I wanted...
