La Banana Loca — Restaurant in Greenacres

I’ve been coming here for a while now and would recommend it to people because I am a huge fan of the “chorriada” (esquite nachos) they would always make it the same , never had an issue staff is friendly and I’d go regularly but recently there’s been a new lady , light skin tone ,she’s been there for a few weeks now and the way she prepares things is not the same as how the owner and other young ladies who’ve attended me before make it , she makes it the right way sometimes but most of the time she misses ingredients, I mean , I’m sure if I ask her to add the missing ingredients, she will probably add it but I notice she also charges me extra by putting “stuff on the side “ which is like $1.75 twice which is like $3 aside from the chorriada that is $4 and some cents , maybe the computer system is not right with the prices and she’s told to charge that way I don’t know , I don’t care for paying any amount as long as it’s done right you know. She has a baby in the working area playing with utensils and whatever the baby can get its hands on , which i don’t think is safe and maybe that’s why she be rushing on the orders . I’ve been there twice, everything is so delicious the only problem is every time I go there is a lady with pink hair that never helps the workers and she always entertains them and talks to them, I think the owners should pay more attention to that. It’s very unpleasant to have to wait a lot cuz of this lady. She always goes into a room and I think she should help so that everything goes faster because there are always 1 to 2 but she is never helping, she goes...

Todos los sabores de helado que ordenamos DELICIOSOS! EL servicio TERRIBLEMENTE MALO! La Niña que atendía no quería estar allá y Nos hizo sentir que tenía rabia de que nosotros estuviéramos allá. Pedí un waffle y me dijo q se demoraba entre 20 y 25 minutos , creo q con la intención de q cambiara mi orden por algo q ya estuviera listo, ( finalmente se demoro aprox 10 minutos) . El recibo de cobro era confuso y pedí q me explicara lo q se me cobraba. Lo que la irritó más . Empezó a señalar con lápiz los productos se habían pedido y q claramente hacían MATCH con la descripción. Pedí q me dijera q era los cobros adicionales de el waffle Sunday. Y me dijo q así lo cobraban q todo lo q el producto traía era a parte pero no me supo explicar q era , es decir pedí un waffle Sunday q trae helado, fruta y wiped cream (Como descripción del producto) pero la fruta , el helado y el “Miguelito” (que aún no se q es) se lo cobran a parte. Después de ella revisar la factura se dio cuenta q había un sobre cobro de dos productos a lo q me dijo q cogiera algo de 4 dólares para q ya quedara bien.
