Thai Hut Garden — Restaurant in Florida

Great food and service the only complaint I have is It was 830 I know they close at 9 .So I called asked if I ordered food as I'm on my way am I able to eat there .I was told yes . Show up at 840 took a seat . Lady says you have to go I said no I ordered over the phone and was eating here . She responds we are closed you can't eat here . I responded to her saying the lady on the phone said it was ok . She said we close at 9 . At this point it's 842 I could be eating already ... Never the less I canceled my order as they hadn't started it yet because they are busy and people seated haven't gotten there food yet . So I said all these people have to leave to without being able to sit and eat due to closing at 9 rite ? Blank look on her face . No different then me sitting in a both at 830 and ordering food . Had I showed up at 855 and expected to sit and have dinner I could understand. Love the place love the food service is good but you mite say no dinning in after 830 if you don't wanna serve someone...

This place has good food, great flavor, and really good proportions. Their service was very unsatisfactory. They didn't even greet us, they just said to sit down wherever we like. We did not get refills on our drinks. After telling the server our order we told her that we would also like to get food Togo but we'd like to order when we got our food at the table. She did not take our order and never came back to check on us until we sat around for about 5 minutes after eating, wanting boxes for our food. It took another 5 minutes for them to come back because they got our plates, but finally took our order to go. And now we are sitting here waiting for a togo order which we've been waiting for for about 20 minutes now. The food was good but the horrible service turned me away from dining in. Well I am no expert on Thai Cuisine, I know what I like. We've been going to Thai Hut Garden racetrack most of the decade. And we've been going to the restaurant in that little brick strip center on Racetrack for more than 40 years! Something about the location produces good, value priced food. We really like dish restaurant for there diverse menu, dial a spice that gives you just your preferred degree of hotness, and Rapid, friendly service. Beyond the standard American favorite of pad thai, we I have really taken to param long song, and pad on green which is a pad thai with vegetables replacing most of the noodles. Their spring rolls are excellent and they have a dish known as the tea rose that's a tiny little spicy dumpling with green chile sauce. In the age of coronavirus, we probably order takeout from this place...
