Rib City — Restaurant in Florida

I can't guarantee anything when I come here. I've had so many different issues with my take out orders. To be completely fair, generally, even when something is forgotten, the rest of it is still tasty. Last time I ordered just 2 sides of cobettes + my husband's order (I'm pregnant, wasn't very hungry) the cobettes I received were the dinkiest little thumb sized cobettes.... especially, compared to the normal little cobs I get, these two were TINY... I was disappointed as they are not cheap. However, I know next time we order, it won't be the cobettes that will be the problem 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do get good service 9/10 times when I go to pick up, sometimes I get a little ignored while my food is literally waiting on the table (happened less often recently, but recurring a few times within the last couple months) but most of the time I'm early and waiting on it - which brings another issue - why if it's coming out fresh, are the 3 cheese fries usually cold or old? Definitely not cheap, I'm spending at least $40 each time we order here... I keep getting let down by the quality slipping on completely different items each time... My husband still enjoys the pound of chicken tenders, so we'll still be going, but I wish I could rely on my food every time coming out hot and accurate. Not just some of...

My sister, granddaughter and I got there at 2 pm we were told the order wasn't put in until 2:15 we didn't get our meal which was all appetizers not much we just wanted to share something between us. We got it at 2:48. We asked our waitress why our order wasn't ready yet and she said she would check on it. We didn't get napkins or Silverware for the Mac n cheese for the grand daughter. When the manager gave our food she said it hasn't been that long. We have seen others get full meals before us with better service. We will not come here again. The manager never apologized she said it was not that long. We never were asked for refills but the waitress did give us a napkin basket after our food was delivered. If it wasn't for the grand daughter wanting to stay we would have left. The manager gave us an excuse that they had other big party tables all around in the dining area. ordered multiple orders today. Two orders included beverages. I was handed child size Styrofoam cups. I asked if they were out of the regular size cup which would have been OK. I was told they were out of the lids. I asked if I was charged the same price since i was getting half the amount and was told "yes but it will be OK" as if being told I'll live. I asked for my garlic bread to my sandwich to be on the side so it wouldn't get soggy. my garlic bread came under my turkey and was soggy. This is not the first time orders weren't correct and the females taking the orders are constantly rude and have no work ethic. I was hung up on once for questioning the price of a menu item.
