Riverwalk Pizzeria is a nice mid sized pizza place that serves more than just pizza. Their entrance is on the corner of a small shopping plaza. They have a few outside tables and a variety of booths, tables bar space and high tops inside. The outside tables border the parking lot so not much ambiance. Inside they have sever TVs tuned to sports. They have a long happy hour where appetizers are 1/2 off (if you order the ones on their happy hour list). We ordered the pretzel bites that come with a cheese and jalapeno dip. You can ask for regular or spicy mustard as well. They came hot and cooked well. They were very tasty with a good amount of salt. For pizza we ordered their 10 inch personal pizzas. One was a Hawaiian and the other was their meat supreme. The pizzas took a fair amount of time to come out but it was a little crowded so that was expected. Both came out at the same time and were cooked correctly. Both pizzas had a good amount of flavor however most of the flavor was from the toppings. The pizza by itself was ok, a little runny toward the center which meant if you took a bite a lot of the cheese and toppings came off in the first bite. As the pizza cooled while eating, the cheese and toppings stayed more intact to the slice. For the first 3 slices I used a fork and knife and had no issues cutting it an eating it that way. The last three slice could be eaten like a normal slice by hand. The crust and sauce wasn't super flavorful but paired nicely with the toppings. Cost is on par with the same type of restaurant. Their PoS system does not suggest a tip amount, which is refreshing. The service was excellent, our waitress was checking on us frequently and was very pleasant. Overall a nice experience, will go back again but it's not a must visit place. Will probably add it to our Thursday night dinner out rotation.

I am not sure if this place is cutting corners to save money or their cooks are not reading the orders correctly. We ordered extra pizza sauce on our pizza and there was very little sauce put on the pizza. We even pulled back the toppings and cheese to show that whoever made the pizza was being stingy with the sauce. I can't blame the server because she clearly put extra sauce on the order ticket and our receipt. So the person who made the pizza was not paying attention to the ticket. This is the second time in a row this has happened. The previous time the same issue occurred. We just thought it was maybe a one time problem. Now that it has happened a second time we are probably not going to order pizza at this place again. It is such a shame too. Because when this location first opened their pizza was great. Lately I am not sure what the problem is but if we are not going to receive what we ordered then we will probably get pizza at Flippers instead. I also took pictures of the slices of pizza with no sauce and the order ticket and receipt. They clearly wrote down extra pizza sauce but we received hardly any sauce. We were disappointed and we did say something to the server so she brought us some extra pizza sauce in a small cup. This sauce was cold and not the same as being included on the pizza. I hope that COVID19 is not causing this place to become cheap on the ingredients in their food like with several other restaurant establishments in the area.

Should’ve listened to the bad reviews, if you read reviews before trying new places please listen to the bad reviews under this pizzerias website. I will say on a quick sidenote the customer service for the brief moment i was there was nice, but the food… - We ordered a big family dinner (cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, steak and cheese sub, chicken tenders, meatballs and sausage, bruschetta, tiramisu, key lime cake, etc) spent a pretty good amount for a disappointment. -I’ll start with the pizza (as pictured), absolutely very minimal sauce, racetrac pizza tastes better than here. -mozzarella sticks tasted like farmhouse frozen ones you find at Walmart -The Steak (as pictured) looks like beef jerky, was also so so dry and greasy. -The sweet glaze for the bruschetta tasted sour -The icing on the cake…. Literally (as pictured) THE TIRAMISU HAS MOLD ON IT We threw $100 worth of food away, I hate wasting food but after seeing the mold, who knows how old or out-dated the other food was and I was not gonna put me or my family at risk. DO NOT EAT HERE

Great service. Clean. I have only had the pizza, and only the Sicilian. For what it wants to be, I give it a 4.5 for this part of the world. The kids probably love all the choices. Nice bar has it's own, smart space. Note, i only had one Sicilian slice. In comparison to many restaurants in this part of earth, overall with this brief taste, it looks like a 4.5 for everyday people. The Service was 5. That’s always a winner! Families would be satisfied. The pizza sauce was tasty, that's always a good sign. I will get a dish with sauce to taste it more and see what I think. The cheese was a kind I like, and the bread tasted just right and was “a little crispy” as I asked. Being a NY style and flavor Sicilian slice, I wish it were the thicker, actual NY style thickness one usually sees up there at the special places. So, the flavor was an A, but the slice became a B+/A- for me (but still delicious and I am so grateful and glad to have it). Also it was perfectly crisp as I asked. As a native Floridian, i long for the higher-risen NY Sicilian dough I know from the travelling. Soooo mmmmmm full with a little crunch. Some people say “it’s that the water here different”, but I have seen it done in true NY style Sicilian sometimes in Florida. Anyway, it tasted great, and I want more, and will happily go there again when I visit friends around there. I salivated as I walked by that perfect looking pie at the bar as I walked by. I can still see it in my mind. The first time I go to a pizza place I get as simple a slice or I may get pie half plain/half topping to test. The simple slice i had tasted great ("just right") and families, couples, young people, kids, and people at the bar were glad to be there. It’s a varied Americana menu. In in one moment, this place even looked like a perfect experience for the polite and church dressed family with 3 or 4 kids to enjoy a fortunate and happy family food enjoyment night out. Like a blessing. Made me feel glad for them. I hope they are blessed as they appeared. The kids probably love all the choices. Don’t remember if I saw a veggie burger, or not. I will look that up. It’s a varied American menu choices of tasty types of food. My fine-dining parents would happily and grateful probably just go for the delicious pizza. Clean. Great service. I want to eat many of their pizzas (that one at the bar looked great), and am looking forward to going back when I am around here. Nice bar. Very good service and friendly. Tasty sauce. So far, I give it an A/A- all around for this part of the earth. I will have to eat more pizzas to be more certain, though, and like I said, that round pie looked perfect, and I know the sauce and cheese are good. Please notch up the 2 quarter candy output (I got M & Ms) on the 4 sided gumball machine a little bit as it makes the customer extra grateful and satisfied. So few came out. Note, I can only give A+s to places with organic offerings. A++ is only tor all organic with an A flavor. I should edit this and put this as my first review on my “I dream of pizza” food review site. Very Good and a pleasing feeling about the place. ...

I was so disappointed with my latest experience there. I used to love this place. They used to serve huge pizza by the slice and have a great lunch special of 2 slices of pizza with your choice toppings and a drink. Used to meet my aunt there all the time once a week for lunch. On this day after much time not seeing my aunt, we went to meet up and we arrived at 2:40pm ( my aunt is a frequent customer she takes all her friends there and will order for pick up at her home) we were seated at 2:40 pm. The waitress who we've never seen there before came to assist us finally at 2:50pm ( lunch special is over at 3pm) She asked if we were ready to order and we said yes. We ordered 2 slices of Hawaiian pizza for my aunt, I ordered 1 cheese slice and one with pineapples and my bf ordered a cheese slice with extra cheese and a slice with jalapeños. She took the order and we asked for water . She came back with the water and told her us we were too late for the lunch special so she would have to charge us regular price. We agreed but did protest just a bit that we were seated before 3pm but that was fine. She went to put in our order and then told us we had to order something else from what was left over from preparations from the lunch pizza (so I guess it isn't freshly made which was disappointing to find out). Out the slices left, we all received cheese ( but not extra cheese because that wasn't on the original pizzas) and a tomato basil and some kind of wine pizza) not our choices but we accepted them) She then proceeded to tell us well if you want the special you should come in at 230pm. With the condescending tone she gave us, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came over and she immediately tried to give us the special but I explained that wasn't my concern. It was the attitude and tone of the waitress. The manager said she was able to override it and give us the special and again I told her it wasn't what I wanted, just a nicer waitress. The manager then took over attending us, which I felt bad because now she isn't able to do her managerial work. We received the pizza which was warm but nowhere near hot, we ate them, left a 20% tip and left. Unfortunately they have lost a long standing customer who also brought guests along for the experience. The manager, she was absolutely nice and amazing but the food unfortunately was not nor...
