Cold rainy day on the way home from a local staycation called for something warm. Found this place while searching for pho and noticed they had outdoor seating. While that usually wouldn't matter, we had our dog with us and the picnic tables outside under cover was a major plus!
Service was quite slow and we still had a couple hours to make it home so we asked how much longer since with only 4 tables including us, we were there for a while with no food and were on the verge of canceling our order. But luckily they said it was almost ready. The server who probably was the owner/manager apologized for the wait and explained that they were short staffed which made sense and we were just really glad to have some food in our bellies.
We got a large pho dac biet and bun dac biet.
Glad we waited because that was probably one of the best pho broths I've ever had. It was rich, it had great depth of flavor and you could taste the amount of time they probably simmered it. The large pho definitely had a lot of noodles but could have had a better ratio of meat to noodles.
The bun dac biet had a great amount of meat and was very filling but could've used a bit more herbs or cucumbers. Really appreciated that the proteins had a nice char on them and actually tasted grilled vs places that just throw boiled shrimp and quick...
Read moreI had high hopes for this place. I love Pho soup. I ordered the Chicken Pho and spring rolls, to go. The spring rolls were a bit over fried, the edges were black and impossible to eat. The rest of the roll was okay, tasted okay, nothing special. I was hoping for more flavor. The sauce was the little plastic pack that you tear and squirt on. The Pho broth was a nice clear, yellow color with a great taste. I added my peppers, basil, a touch of lime juice, and the chicken pieces... Even better taste! There was a very small amount of rice noodles, but the lady taking my order did ask if I wanted the larger portion for an extra $1.50, but I opted out of it after she told me that the regular would be plenty. Okay, that would be my fault if I was left hungry, I should have gotten a bigger portion if I was hungry. I added the handful of noodles and left them to steep for a couple of minutes. I went back to it 4 minutes later and that's when it all went wrong. The broth was changed to a chalky white color and tasted like paste! Yuck! Someone forgot to wash the starch out of the noodles, so instead my soup washed it out. It made the soup so gritty and nasty that I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it out. The meal was a waste of money. I wouldn't waste my time or...
Read moreI can't say enough good things about Le's Pho! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The restaurant has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, and the service is always top-notch.
The food, of course, is the star of the show. The pho is absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and the freshest herbs and toppings. It's clear they use high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the care that goes into each dish. Whether you go for the classic pho or one of their other delicious offerings, like the banh mi or spring rolls, everything is packed with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Vietnam.
What really stands out about Le's Pho is the consistency. No matter when I visit, the food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The portion sizes are generous, and I always leave feeling satisfied but not stuffed. It's the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again.
If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, or just looking for a delicious and comforting meal, I highly recommend Le's Pho. It’s a local gem that never disappoints, and I’m already looking forward to...
