Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Florida

Im not really one to complain or write reviews but my last experience here was not the best. I come to this location almost every day, sometimes too much lol. And i get the same drink every time, the chocolate elvis and it’s always great! I came in today and ordered it and when I took a sip I realized it was super chocolatey, basically undrinkable and not how it usually tastes. I asked the girl if I could get it remade and she said they don’t do remakes. I even asked if they could add more peanut butter or something to make it less chocolatey. They couldn’t do anything to remedy the situation and so I just had to throw away my drink.
