Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Florida

I am giving 1 star for the sake of the girls attending which were very courteous and kind when I got there but when I went to pay didn't have my wallet. Embarrassed had to go for it. Left for wallet and came back. While on line waiting to pay a man serving there asked me in a very rude and embarrasing way if I came back for samples because they only give 1sample per customer. Thev young lady who was holding the chocolates for me told him I came back to pay for the chocolates. He didn't apologize just kept going. . I was so sick to my stomach for that assumption on his part specially with other customers looking at me. On my way out told him "thank you for your customer service" to which he replied "very welcome" like he had actually done nothing wrong and was very accomplished with what he did. Incredible. We walked in about 30 minutes before the mall closed (we didn’t know it closed so early) but the man there was so so kind & welcoming to us. He offered us some samples & was just so kind. I got one of the candy covered apples with m&ms on it. He cut it for me (I never knew they would do that for you & it made it so easy to eat) when we got home I tried my apple and was a little disappointed in it. SoI put it in the fridge and finished it the next day… it was INCREDIBLEEEEE after I refrigerated it. I loved it so much I have been yearning to Go back for another one.it was incredible. We also got some of the praline which was delicious. We got 4, but I think I would have been happy with just one. My husband got a few truffles which he loved and we got our son an icing covered Rice Krispie treat which was also pretty good. Delicious...

Who would ever think to take a slice of cheesecake made with a Graham cracker crust, put it on a stick, dip it in dark chocolate, cover it with nuts and then FREEZE IT!?! Best friggin idea EVER!!! I absolutely Loved it! Not only does it taste better than The CcF, it's much less expensive too. I also tried their white chocolate covered twinkies which was good but not nearly as gratifying as their frozen chocolate covered cheesecake enveloped with nuts. The young ladies working the store were very well mannered and helpful. Everything looked and smelled delectable. I didn't sample the chocolate covered apples yet because I was so fixated on the cheesecake but I'll definitely be going back and will try it then. It's worth the trip to St. Augustine.
