Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

The portions are small I know I use to work there and they make employees measure the meet Only one table spoon of beef then after all the toppings are on we have to weigh it weighs to much we had to bring to back and take some stuff off till it was right and if we didn't we got a warning the first time them the manager said if i did it again the difference would come out of my check etc. Now as a customer they can't even get the order right half the time that never get my mom's right I mean how can you mess up a soft taco nothing but meet extra meet and everytime there is lettuce and no extra meet it's the same amount see they put so much lettuce so you do realize how little meat your getting so everytime I would get my mom's it's only a soft taco no lettuce or tomato just meat extra meet she can't chew the lettuce etc. But everytime it's got it on it and I pay over a dollar something for extra meet and never get extra except extra lettuce I never asked for in fact I would asked them to repeat the order twice on the rare occasion I do get a recite it even says what I asked for and charged for the extra meet even though I didn't get extra meat and I say rarely because most the time I don't get one even so needless to say we no longer eat at taco bell they would rather save money by shorting customers on meet etc. Then to give them a little more meat especially when they pay for it then to make them like they use to back when you actually got meat and extra when you pay for it but then you rarely needed extra back then you got full for a decent price and im sure more business a lot I would rather do that and keep my customers coming back plus the word of mouth is a very powerful thing well I would not tell anyone to ear there I wouldn't buy it for my dog if I wanted meat and 🍅s and lettuce mainly lettuce id make a burger at home and poor the grease in it and it would probably be more flavor and let greasy and I have went there just for an unsweet tea nothing else and repeated at the window was told yes its unsweet but long and behold its sweet once in a great blue moon they would get it right but it to would have mostly all ice barely any tea I can go to Mcdonald's and get one and a hole lot cheaper to or to sonic during happy hour ok sorry so long I'm done venting for now thanks to the ones that cared to read this god bless you all and the ones that didn't I totally...

I'm usually a fan of Taco Bell, but my recent visit was an unmitigated disaster. The issue wasn't with the food or the establishment itself, but with the utterly inept staff. It was as if they were not paying attention to the receipts or screens, leading to a series of blunders that left me and other customers frustrated. And this has happened the past few visits to this location.

Despite having the receipt in hand, the workers required repeated instructions on what was ordered. I had to tell them multiple times, only to see them still get it wrong. It was like they weren't even listening. And I wasn't the only one - every single customer in the restaurant had an issue with their order.

Staff clearly became aggravated as if I was the problem, when if they would just read the screen the first time, they'd see my face less. It was a clear case of shooting the messenger, and a prime example of their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes.

It's clear that this Taco Bell location needs a fresh start with new staff who can pay attention, follow instructions, and treat customers with respect. Until then, I strongly advise against visiting this location. The incompetence of the workers ruined what should have been a quick and enjoyable meal. 40...

Describe my experience really OK I WILL. Today I go into taco bell and I order 6 taco from a nice girl named Cheyanne at 10:40:45 am spending $7.64

I ask for hot sauce she ask me how many. I say a hand full please. I look to see that I only had like 5 packs of hot sauce. I then ask for a hand full again saying that wasnt enough and a rude girl came out of the back and said I need to know a number of how many you want exactly? She tells me how they pay $40 a box and they can't just give it out like that. So I looked at the island where the sauces are and see empty containers and a note saying tell the cashier the number of sauces you want. This is a horrible practice especially since the island is still sitting in the center of the floor. The manager comes out and when I expressed my dissatisfaction she kept repeating herself saying I was right as to just brush me off to shut up and leave.
