5 Stars: Absolutely Amazing!

We came all the way from Miami craving sushi and hibachi, and Saki Japanese Restaurant exceeded every expectation! From start to finish, this place is an absolute gem.

The sushi was unbelievably fresh and bursting with flavor. The eel tempura roll and Lisa Lisa roll were standouts, but the dynamite and shrimp rolls were equally fantastic. Every bite was perfection. The fried rice was packed with flavor, and the krab rangoons? Hands down, the BEST I’ve ever had—I’m already craving them again, just hours later.

We also tried the gyoza, which were perfectly cooked and paired with a deliciously flavorful sauce. The chicken teriyaki bento box was fresh and savory, with caramelized onions underneath that added such a unique touch. It even came with sushi rolls that were light and refreshing—a perfect balance.

The ambience of this restaurant is another highlight. It’s cozy, welcoming, and has such a warm, relaxing vibe. It felt like the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a meal after a long day.

The lunch specials are unbeatable! We enjoyed two rolls for just $20, an amazing deal for the quality of food. On top of that, the service was truly top-tier. The staff was so attentive, constantly refilling our drinks without us even asking and ensuring we had everything we needed.

I’m genuinely sad to leave this spot behind as I head back to Miami. Saki is easily the best Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this hidden gem—you’ll thank yourself later!

This restaurant was very disappointing. My family and I went here for sushi and hibachi and ended up leaving distraught. We were in Naples from out of town and picked this place for dinner. The waiter barely paid us any attention. He was more attentive to his other tables, than he was to ours. The restaurant was not even crowded when we first arrived. It didn't really bother us that he barely spoke English, but it did bother us that he took forever to bring our food out. The other tables were leaving and new people were coming in and still no food. The other half of our party showed up and ordered food and there was a longer wait. He then thought someone said to cancel the order. I really don't want to play the race card, but clearly we were mistreated because we are black. The only black people in the entire restaurant. The manager came over to resolve the problem and shished us. This place is horrible. The food is delicious. The staff is horrible and they need to learn Customer service skills ASAP!!!!! I would not recommend this place especially if you are a...

Sorry to say … food not very impressive .. aka not great … staff does not seem worried that there was not many people eating at restaurant.

I was excited because it’s new and close to my house. We love asain food .. big let down ..

I ordered fried rice as an up charge and it was seriously as cold as refrigerator. Meat chewy and tough .

$5.50 bud light bottle

I will give it a year and come Back to try it again ( if it’s still in business )

Nicely decorated … lackluster food and service …

May I recommend having a spice / condiment tray … also would encourage and suggest , for their own success , maybe some big fancy drinks and a happy hour .. there’s something missing , besides the mediocre food , to make it a dining experience.

Very confusing operating hours .. close at 3 , open at 4 .. on certain days .. ???

They are missing the “IT FACTOR”

We Wish them...

Just opened last week so there’s no liquor license if you’re looking for any drinks. The place is new and clean. Food came out fast and service is good enough. Ordered a couple of usual stuff for a Japanese place and food is just average at the best. The hibachi was cooked in a wok back in the kitchen, note traditional Japanese hibachi is NOT cooked in a wok. But most bothersome is that the sauce was WAY TOO SWEET. So if you are diabetic, pleas be sure to ask for either no sauce or VERY LITTLE sauce. The food was LOADED with sugar and almost too sweet to eat. Ordered some eel rolls with barely any eels in it or just trace of it. Overall it’s very disappoint experience and the food want cheap either. We ain’t coming back.

If you are a fan of hibachi and sushi, you will love Saki Japanese Kitchen! There are now two of them in Naples - one on Collier near Lely Resort and the other on the East Trail near Harbor Freight (Rattlesnake Hammock & 41). We are huge fans of the one on East Trail and go pretty much once a week. I order hibachi filet mignon and shrimp with double veggies, no rice and my hubby orders shrimp and scallops with veggies and steamed rice. Salads are included. Food is consistent and always quality, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! Saki Japanese Kitchen 4903 Tamiami Trail E Naples, FL 34113
