A Warm Welcome That Sets the Tone!

From the moment we walked in on Friday night, we knew this wasn't just any hotel. We were immediately, and happily, greeted by Terry, a team member whose enthusiasm for the property was more infectious than any Disney character we've ever met! She didn't just check us in; she genuinely welcomed us, excitedly detailing every incredible amenity.

Rooms That Redefine Comfort (and Space!)

Our accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. We snagged an amazingly large room on the 4th floor with a fantastic lake and pool view. It felt less like a hotel room and more like a stylish, temporary home! The decor is brand new and beautifully appointed, featuring a convenient kitchen area with both a fridge and mini-fridge. The living room was a haven of comfort with a couch, super plush chairs, and a TV, while our bedroom boasted a luxurious king-size bed, another TV, and an abundance of chargers to keep all our devices juiced up. The bathroom was equally impressive, spacious and accessible from both the bedroom and living area, complete with a large vanity and shower. We settled in, truly making it our cozy retreat for a couple of days!

Breakfast Bliss and All-Day Delights!

Waking up at the Hampton Inn South means one thing: an extraordinary free breakfast experience! This isn't your standard continental fare. We're talking an incredible waffle station where you can craft your own vanilla or cinnamon masterpieces, along with eggs, crispy bacon, cereals, fresh fruits, juices, and coffee. And the best part? Coffee and water are available all day in the lobby! The dining and bar areas themselves are super spacious, beautifully decorated, and make for a truly enjoyable start to your day.

Infinity Pool Perfection and Evening Ambiance!

The absolute highlight for us had to be the infinity pool overlooking the lake. This heated oasis was the perfect temperature for endless family fun. As dusk fell, the pool area transformed into a magical retreat with the fire pits lit, creating a super cool night vibe. My daughter adored the jacuzzi, and we even spotted a BBQ area – perfect for guests to grill up some delicious food while enjoying that stunning lake view.

And speaking of delicious, the bar serves up perfectly curated drinks! My personal favorite? The Felipe’s Backyard Party Punch – a tropical concoction that perfectly complements the poolside atmosphere. Seriously, if you're there, you HAVE to try one!

Unforgettable Moments and Top-Tier Service!

Our stay was filled with memorable moments, including celebrating Father's Day at the hotel! After church and dinner out, we returned to unwind by the pool and relax in our incredible room.

But what truly elevates this Hampton Inn experience is the staff. Terry, Hunter, Kayla, Shelby, and everyone else we encountered were incredibly friendly and attentive, anticipating our needs and making us feel completely at home. They even welcomed our little pup, Kiki, who had just as amazing a time as we did!

We also took advantage of the nearby attractions, enjoying the Cars and Coffee event at the Lamborghini store on Saturday – an awesome time checking out some fantastic vehicles.

Hotel is very nice. I was only there for one night. But check in was frustrating to say the least. Just got off 14 hour shift at the hospital. Hurricane Milton on the way. I booked a reservation here through Hilton’s website. Because I was able to do that. I put my fifth wheel in covered storage outside of town, needing somewhere to stay before sleeping at the hospital the next 48 hours.

Upon arrival. Nobody at the desk. Stand there for 5 minutes. Someone finally shows up and starts helping everyone around me. Keeps saying. I’m sorry I’ll check you in, in a moment. Helps one guy get his snacks he didn’t get when he checked in. Helps a girl literally standing behind me, who just walked up with wifi passwords for her computer. Asks for my I.d. Looks me up. And then walks away. Starts helping someone with purchases at their snack station. I say. Excuse me can I get checked in. He says there’s an issue with my reservation. He needs a manager. I wish he would have told me that instead of walking away again and feeling like a second class citizen from the moment I walked in.

Manager comes up, Osleidi I believe his name was and says how did you get this reservation.. We have no rooms available for you. You can not stay here. We are not making reservations. I said I don’t believe you. How did I get this reservation and confirmation if you have zero rooms available. Which I booked way earlier in the day. I need to see another manager or get a hold of someone I’ll sleep in your lobby otherwise.

A girl walks up. Sees my confirmation. Says did you press this or that and says oh yes we have your room. Don’t worry sweetie. We have a room for you.

Meanwhile the first guy is trying to kick me out of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. Location is nice. But my god I’ve never felt so unwelcome from the moment I walked into a place and zero apologies for anything on their part. Had I not complained they would have taken my money and shoved me out the door before working emergency surgeries as hurricane team A and team B for their local community.

I guess my advice is call this particular property to triple check after booking and getting an email confirmation of your stay because communication and customer satisfaction is lacking from the management team. I guess they get away with it being the...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Naples South, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations in every way.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I was immediately impressed with how friendly and attentive every member of the team was. From the front desk to the staff working at the bar to the housekeeping staff everyone was very friendly and always ready to help. They were engaging and made the stay fun for our kids as well.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable. The room had plenty of storage for our family, and a nice big tv.

I recommend eating at the restaurant. The pizzas were great and the pretzel bites were a hit with the kids. The have a good variety of cocktails and even made some mocktails for the kids.
