We did a pick up order through doordash. On their menu they listed Kibbeh ball as 3 pcs. After picking it up, they said 1 only. They said the order is listed as "1x Kibbeh". I tried to explain yes one order of Kibbeh was placed but there should be 3 pcs according to the menu. The lady in the front did not understand and became very unpleasent. She is much older yet she behaved extremely unprofessional. It became very uncomfortable attempting to interact with her. The owner said the price is for 1 only and couldnt offer the price for 3. Not sure why she was telling me the costs cause I'm not here to set the prices. I was going by the menu they created through doordash and it lists 3 pcs. They also didn't give us a full refund for an item they were missing yet we paid for ahead of time. They only gave us a partial refund and didn't include the extra taxes we paid for. I would never come back 1.) They don't know how to read orders 2.) the front lady is uncomfortable to speak with 3.) Scamming customers through their menu 4.) If you pay ahead of time and they don't have the item, they will not give you a full refund. 5.) Got a headache all day after eating their food. We will not be...

Wow! This is definitely the best restaurant in the St Johns/Jax area. I’ve been trying to find good Mediterranean since we moved here and this place takes the cake. I was honestly surprised they don’t have more business, probably because it is harder to find on google for some reason. Very good food that is also healthy. A great introduction for anyone who is trying to change to the Mediterranean way of eating for heart health or other reasons. Order the vegetable platter!!! Lots of fresh tabbouleh, hummus, etc. with a side of warm pita bread. Everything we got was sooo fresh and we were a little worried since it was close to closing. Service was excellent and the lady at the counter was so sweet to my children. Restaurant was in a safe area with lots of other families. We will definitely be back very very soon. *also forgot to add husband ordered the lamb gyro, which was...

The meat and vegetarian kibbeh (football shaped deep fried “meatballs”) were absolutely delicious. I preferred the meat one but the crust of the vegetarian one with pumpkin gave it a special savory sweetness that made it special. Shout out to the chef who makes it from scratch. I also loved the special garlic tang of the baba ganoush. The hummus was good but the tabbouleh was slightly under dressed and the mashed potatoes were cold (that’s okay, I have an experiment in mind with the mash potatoes when I get home). The pita bread had good flavor and were fluffy. The place is clean. What I really appreciate, apart from the good food, is the front person/owner explaining with great patience and friendliness explain the menu and dishes. He even helped my mom and I decide what to order for an even greater dinning experience. Really, really...

This place is so good!! The pair running the restaurant were so nice and kind hearted, you can tell they put a lot of love in what they serve. It's so cool that they have a little market section that even sells Ghee and homemade, well everything! Hummus, tabbouleh, stuffed dates, pickles, things I've never heard of! I want to try it all! Their ultimate falafel was so tasty!! Fresh tabbouleh that was well balanced, not too much onion or lemon that overpowers the rest like other places. The variety of sweets, tarts, baklava, and even some chocolate covered wafer bars had me drooling! Bartram Park and Mandarin you MUST try this place. Please give them your business and keep them open for the sake of your taste buds!

Mediterranean cafe situated in the heart of Julington Creek. Find appetizers, salads, wraps, ovenpies, gyros, platters and desserts. Small market with many Mediterranean spices, lentils semolina wheat, coffee, nuts, beans, olives, grape leaves and soooo much more. My husband tried the lamb gyro and said it was good. I had the spinach pie and found it to be a bit bitter. We each enjoyed a piece of baklava. Matter of fact, bought a six pack to take home. Parking yes, plenty of room for wheel chair, kid friendly. Catering available vegetarians and breakfast menus. I do wish the items in cooler were labeled. You did not know was in anything, ingredients or date made.
