My wife’s been in and out of the hospital for 6 months dealing with chemo and has gotten a coffe from this place everyday and tips generously even though she’s on her death bed . I got her a coffe last night 15 minutes before they closed and they gave her milk instead of half and half (no big deal ,mistakes happen ) but by the time I came back down from her room on the seventh floor scooters had closed so I saved the cup which was still alll the way full with not even a sip taken out of it to bring it back down tomorrow and trade it in so my wife gets up out of her hospital bed and goes down to trade it in but they refuse and tell her no it was a different employe so they can’t do it and basically brushed her off VERY RUDELY infront of a line of people and embarrassed her while she is already extremely embarrassed by her hair falling out !! She calls me telling me they refuse so I drive up there to talk to the manager and the guy working says it’s not his fault he’ll call the manager and then takes the phone around the corner for 10 minutes so I walk around the corner and here her on speaker phone so I ask what’s the problem and she gives me the run around and brushes me off and goes back to talking to the employee like I’m in the wrong WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MADE IT WRONG AND THEN PRETENDED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT !!?? Take into account I buy this same drink for my wife everyday and tip them everyday !! While I was waiting I noticed tons of ants and flys and even what looked to be a maggot on the counter where the mixes are . Those mixes definitely have eggs in them and thank god I had that confrontation so I noticed the bugs and won’t be going back . Read moreUPDATE: They responded to my previous post to try to show everyone that they care about customer service by saying reach out to them via their website and they'll look into it. That's total bullshit. I reached out to them once again, which was the third time now and they do NOTHING. They don't even reply, per usual. My fiance was just in the hospital again this past week but I refused to get anything at the scooters inside the hospital that he was in, just out of pure principal because they don't deserve my money ever again. This is is WORST excuse for a business I have ever seen. Look at the low 3.4 star rating. That says it all. They don't care at all about loyal repeat customers. They only want new customers that don't know how bad they are yet, so they can get their initial money. Go to Starbucks instead, people. Here's my original post... I love their sugar free Carmelicious' but when I was there 2 weeks ago, the heavyset employee made my drinks very runny like water. No whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on the top either like you usually made them before. I told the other employee about it but she said it's because she made all 3 at once. Wouldn't that make them thicker than and not thinner in consistency? So I wrote the company twice and told them about the situation and they never even responded. Apparently this company, like many others these days, doesn't care about the customer's experience enough to do anything about it. Nobody cares about anything these days....
Read moreStay away!!! Worst Scooters experience. Two girls working 6/23 were so rude. I couldn't see names because they weren't wearing proper name tags. Never even acknowledged us as we were saying thank you. My coffee tasted burnt also. 8 people just visited for over $60 in purchases and you won't have to worry about us coming back. Corporate if you would like to contact me back with the message I already left on your answering machine at corporate headquarters that would be great. I could give you my info so you can see how much of a loyal customer you are losing. This is also the exact reason I leave my cash tip in my pocket because of servers like this. I'll tip at the end of service deserves it and they didn't get another penny out of me because of their negative attitudes. You could barely hear them, they never even smiled at anyone.
Customer behind us gave them the creamer container that was sitting out with the condiments for Scooters customers and told them they needed to clean it because it was nasty and had them put cream in his cup from behind the counter and they never wiped the container off after he left.
