Generally, the service is really good at this location. However, this afternoon at 4:30 it was a painful experience. There were multiple people waiting to get their drinks, but there was no apparent urgency from the person behind the counter. I ordered a shot of “espresso”, it was gross and not espresso. I presume they use regular ground coffee to make their “espresso”. Probably best to stick to canned/bottled drinks. The employee was nice and quick. As for atmosphere, not much to elaborate on considering it’s located in a hospital atrium. I suppose convenient if you’re in a rush.
