Tiger House Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

Came in because of the reviews and location, but the reviews are over hyped. Will not come back due to the rude service, over 45 min wait to get a ramen bowl, katsu, and two drinks, and it's overpriced for the small portions. The wait for take out was 20 min. I got here after that time knowing estimates aren't exact. I greeted them but was ignored. There were no customers in front of me. Tried saying hello again and that I'm picking up, but the lady snapped that they're too busy when there were only 3 other customers in the whole place already eating their food.

The seafood ramen bowl isn't even cooked to cause an excessive wait to get it out. The broths are the only thing hot. You get a cold content bowl, noodles are even cold. It's the hot broth that warms everything up. The bowl had only two shrimp, two thin sliced scallops, imitation crab cut into two pieces, and two muscle shells.

I'd rather drive farther out to Duval for Asian food and better...

The hibachi was good and tasty, but a expensive considering this restaurant is totally hands off when it comes to service. Hibachi meals run $20. We had to order by a kiosk which feels highly impersonal. You get your own fountain drinks out of a plastic to-go cup like you're at a fast food restaurant, not a sit down Hibachi restaurant. I guess my expectations were wrong because when I see "Hibachi and Ramen", I'm thinking a nice, get together, large group restaurant, but that's not the case. It mainly seem to run as a takeout restaurant or Door Dash pickup. So...for the price, I will choose to go to a real sit down restaurant that has servers that take your order and care for the customer. The only service we received was when the order came out. Very weird and cold, alone atmosphere. Glad I didn't bring the large group I had intended to bring, as most tables are for small...

I love finding ramen places and went here as soon as they opened up. Instantly became a new go to. Although it's higher priced, the price isn't as high as you think because of the quality of the food. I felt good after the food, not something I normally think of after eating out. The ramen is colorful and skillfully made like an art. Also the special drinks they make are just as quality as everything else.

The decorations in the Cafe area from the sound cancelling design on the walls to the tables and booths compliment the experience. The music is set at a good volume and has good selection of music. It feels like a buffet mixed with a quality restaurant. I've talked with the associates there and they are friendly and really believe in the quality aspect of the food.
