thank you for the cold pizza and the terrible customer experience. To the manager that claims to have taken over the call because of yelling thank you as well for pretending to be 3 different people with the same voice especially since I spoke to you face to face amd you werent the manager. This pizza shop was packed which we gave them the courtesy of when we arrived to get our pizza (simple large half cheese half pepperoni) when I paid i was told 10 more min because my pizza was still cooking which was cool and I was polite about. 20 min went by and they asked my name and that they would go check on my order and why it wasn't out. The young lady that did this never came back. This happened 2 more times after and by this point am hour and 10 min had gone by. I finally got my pizza and it was cold barley even considered warm. I called and spoke with a young lady that said she would speak to the manager came back and said what the manager told her. This was said with attitude that they are busy and there is nothing they can do. That the pizza was hot. My mother called and the same gurl picked up gave the same response about asking the manager. She came back and again with an attitude said well if youd like a refund you can bring the pizza back and then said she was the manager when my mom asked to speak to said manager. I have ordered from this place for a long time and know what their quality of pizza is and have gotten fresh real hot pizza delivered. I live not even 3 min from this place so there was no way it got cold from the drive. To say I was the only person to complain when multiple customers before me were complaining while I was standing there waiting is also incorrect and an improper way to be a manager.
To argue with a customer over "Your Quality of food" you don't deserve to be in business if you allow your employees to speak to customers how they want and act how they want. It's sad that I was treated like this and made to feel like your mistake is my fault as a long standing customer with you guys. Her attitude is not made up because even the older leady that works there looked at this person in charge and said your so brutal with customers while she was taking a call in.

Read moreOrdered a Large half Deluxe and half Cheese plus 50 wings. The bill was just over 60 dollars. Plis a 10 dollar tip. Final bill 70 bucks... We had this delivered for UFC fight night, a group of us had been hanging out at my place and pizza seemed to work. I've ordered from Slice alot and have always tipped well to the drivers. However this night the food sucked... whatever they changed in their recipe the pizza just isn't the same. When we got it it wasn't hot it was just warm, cheese wasn't gooey it had already started to harden. The wings we asked for blue cheese and various sauces to go on the side. Since there was a few of us and 50 wings it was easier and cheaper then paying for multiple flavors. They delivered the food but no sauces, I called to ask for them and they where only willing to bring blue cheese and BBQ because apparently that is all I was billed for. I've never eaten at a pizza place who has charged me for a sauce cup on a 60 dollar order. And not willing to bring additional sauce unless i pay for each one seperately at 75 cents each. Wrll you screwed up and u still wanna charge... Then the Pepsi 2 liter was completely flat. We ended up returning the Pepsi and waited to eat wings until they got the sauce to us. Once we started eating the wings it sucked... they got cold because waiting plus about a dozen of them had absolutely no meat on them. It was a joke. After 70 bucks and a bunch of bull I decided I'll take my business else where. It's expensive pizza, no coupons on weekends and you pay out the ass because they happen to be the only one willing to deliver where I live. Well forget I'll just start doing carry out to a new place like Mama Mias or Marcos.... forget Slice of Life and their rip off. They could've offered something for their mess up and...
Read moreThis review is well overdue. I have dined in once many moons ago but don’t recall any problems like I have had when ordering delivery. Each time I call I always have to mention to add a note not to forget my soup, salad or drinks. But to me that wasn’t enough to leave a bad review. We are human, we make mistakes. However, tonight was different. I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and all that was delivered was the noodles. I called hoping that they would make it right. I spoke with a woman on the phone (leaving her name out) and she put me on a brief hold. She came back to tell me she apologized and that the cook was very busy with take out orders and forgot to add the chicken. I never thought I’d have to call and ask them to please make a note not to forget the chicken in my chicken fettuccine alfredo but there’s that. So I was given the option for them to cook chicken and bring it to me in another 45 minutes. When I asked if I could just get a credit for that specific meal, not the whole order I was told no. I asked If there was a manager on duty and was put on hold again. She came back to say no and but they could remake the whole meal and deliver tonight as long as I gave them back their pile of noodles. Normally that would be fine but it was already almost 9 and I really don’t feel it’s fair for the delivery driver to have to suffer for the cook’s mistake. Overall I’m just extremely disappointed in the customer service and how the situation was handled. I am more than happy to pay increased prices, delivery fees, etc. but not for decreased quality of service. Zero...
