New China — Restaurant in Florida

The food is delicious. Now here's the thing--- I do not know if these people are the same owners from a couple of years ago or so. But one time my order came to $16.01. I had the $16 but didn't have the penny. They made me break a dollar to give them the penny. LOL. Now about a week ago I ordered from them again over the phone and I asked if I could please have some extra noodles because I bought a qt of wonton soup with my order. When I took the order home the extra noodles were a 1/4 of a plastic bag of noodles extra. They took the Liberty of taking out three quarters of a bag of noodles just to give me a 1/4 bag of extra noodles. How cheap can you be? That's actually a sickening cheap!!! Now I learned my lesson and I go to the place next to planet fitness on Mariner. It's the place next to Wing stop and the 600 degree pizza place. The food is very very good and I have no issues with the owners being so cheap. Actually if I do ask for extra noodles at this place they give me an extra bag no problem. Again, I don't know if the New China place is different owners but even so,. I didn't like what they did with the noodles with...

Depends on who takes your order it seems. Whenever the young man takes our order there is never a mistake, but today 01/23/20 the girl with the piercings behind the counter took my order but only heard 2 of the three things didn't recap our order and didn't let us know how long it would take, and when II go there she said that they're waiting for my food, so after 6 minutes of waiting, she just sat there texting away on her phone and I had to go up to her and ask if one of the orders that came up were mine. And sure thing it was. After many years of going, sadly I will just find one of the many other Chinese places between my job and home. Very incompetent and she should find another job where she wouldn't feel the need to pass time playing on her phone and screwing up orders.

EDIT: Seems other customers noticed the same problem today as well for the unprofessionalism. Please have the young man up front take orders and take the girl in the back and end our misery. Going to China Star next time on Anderson Snow and County as suggested from...

Really dissapointed at how the food as gone bad this place has been around since I was a kid but now it should be called old china because everything is always old and bad. I just had my mom order us some things and I got shrimp chow mein combo and there was hardly any shrimp in this thing it was clearly just placed on top after the fact. I digged for shrimp and there was nothing now im left with soggy hot veg and old dry oily fried rice. I never compain we get this at least once a month maybe twice the fried rice has its days where its good but after over 10 years of eating here I cannot afford to waste anymore money in a place that cares so little of how their food tastes. I'm not even the type of person to say anything or complain thats how bad I feel at this...
