Breakfast Club of Seven Hills — Restaurant in Florida

Hi my name's ed Brighton I've been having breakfast at The Breakfast Club at Seven Hills 8 years I enjoy my breakfast it's done the way I would like for it to be done and I also go there for lunch because they make my who's the way I asked him to and especially my hamburgers a half a pound a hamburger with vegetables I won't name them all because there are stack about 4 in tall and no condiments I ask for no condiments of course and the price was good the waitress was very well mannered and service was great I've been enjoying this place since before my wife passed away we went together 4 years ago she passed I would go in there for breakfast by myself I never could pay for my own meal because the owners took care of things that was very kind of them I would mention names but I don't think that they would appreciate me mentioning me but I do appreciate there constant consideration during my hard times and even after I go in there and I laugh before I leave sometimes I'm laughing when I come in because it's that kind of place it's sort of like cheers if you know what that place was like anyhow Norm does go there once in awhile we have meals together noun or is another widower his wife passed about a year ago a good friend a veteran of the Korean War and Vietnam War When you pray at night pray that he dreams about Scotty that was his wife hello beautiful lady was she God bless you and thank you for reading and understanding hopefully you won't visit there and have the same experience that I did continue to have...

We just had a very unpleasant experience. We walked in at 9:55am and got a seat fairly quickly by the owner at the front but no one came to greet us by 10:10am so I proceed to inform the owner that no one has came by to drop off menus or even speak to us. She says she will be right there. So against our best judgment we waited, its now 10:17am and still no one has greeted us. So we get up to leave and I inform the owner that we have now been there over 20+ minutes without even being acknowledged by any server and as we are leaving instead of just saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything along the lines we are met with "she is coming to your table right now" so I stop to to witness where she was actually going and it was not to our table. Meanwhile the 3 couples that walked in 5-10 minutes after us have drinks and their orders placed. A real owner notices when their workers are busy and lends a hand. You could of easily asked us what we wanted to drink or assisted in some sort of way instead of responding like we were the issue. Good food doesn't outweigh...

I've thought long and hard about giving this review. Usually, I eat breakfast there or lunch there about once a week. The food is always good and the service is excellent. However, earlier this week, I had lunch there, a Black Angus burger with all the fixings and French fries. The "iceberg" lettuce was the thick pieces from the core of the lettuce head. Those white, thick chunks of lettuce wouldn't even stay on my burger. I asked my waitress if they had any romaine lettuce, she said that is the only lettuce they have. The burger itself was soggy, like it had been cooked on a warm grill. The French fries were very soggy and greasy. I got there at 12:30 PM. Maybe they had a new cook. Maybe they had already started shutting down so they could hurry and close right at 2 o'clock, which is very, very important to them. Usually, I brag to other people about The Breakfast Club.
