I have ordered via the APP on more than one occassion and EVERY SINGLE TIME I add special instructions and EVERY SINGLE TIME they screw up my order (THEY NEVER READ THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS) Today I ordered online and put my special instructions in ALL CAPS. MY daughter went to pick up our subs and AS USUAL they did not read the instructions. When the girl tried to tell my daughter what the order was via the APP my daughter CLEARLY pointed out the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IN ALL CAPS ON THE TOP OF THE RECEIPT" (I also tried calling the store to make sure they get my order right, the phone just rand, and when they finally picked up the girl was new and had to ask her manager what I was talking about and the maanger could not come to the phone- needless to say when I asked her another question she said "hold on let me ask my manager" and then hung up on me. when I called back no answer GO FIGURE!!) Not only are they consistently out of breads and other various ingredients, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced. And tonight was the cherry on top. I tried calling to place a large order for pickup bc the app wasn't working at 8:15 pm. I called multiple times and the line was being answered and directly hung up on every time. I needed to feed a bunch of hungry men so they lost out on a big order by ignoring my calls. Then when I drove up to order in person, they had locked the doors as I was walking up. Even though online hours are posted as close at 10:30 and I got there at 8:58. I intend to reach out to a manager or corporate office bc this was really unacceptable. She was finishing up the order, when she finished, not once did she look at me, but put the food on the counter and walked away. Never once did she say anything or even look at me.
