FIRST AND LAST! . . . I arrived at 9:10 pm hungry! Iām fairly new to the area and was looking for some freshly cooked food, you know something new, something not fast food so I decided to give āem a try. When I entered, I was greeted fairly quickly by a nice young lady behind the counter with a āhello, may I take your order?ā I responded with a ādo you have a menu?ā She responded and said ānoā I said, āso you donāt have a food menu so I can order?ā Then she said āoh oh oh yes a menuā . . . ( I could tell immediately that there was a language barrier there, but no problem to me because Iāve experienced MUCH worse in other restaurants.) At that time, I took the menu and said āthank youā and had a seat at the nearest table and proceeded to see what food they offered. After 5 minutes of searching, I decided to order a Philly cheese sandwich, breaded shrimp with fries and a 10 piece hot wings. After placing my order and paying, I tipped the jar a few dollars, bought a beer and asked the lady behind the counter, āhow long would my order take?ā Because I was really hungry! After looking at my receipt, she looked up and said that āit will be 25 minutes.ā The In my head I was like, thatās fair enough for what I ordered and I proceeded to have a seat at the table. After 35 minutes of waiting, The young lady called me up to the counter, looked into my bag where I thought my food was finished and ready to go. She consulted with another lady behind the counter for a minute. Then after 5 minutes of waiting, she said āIām sorry, the problem is that we accidentally gave your food to another customer, but your food will be finished soon.ā š. After 20 more minutes of waiting, she finally called me back to the counter, repeated my order back to me, handed me my bag and apologized once more as I left the restaurant. On the ride home, I decided to sample the food that they prepared for me. First was the breaded shrimp. In my honest opinion, the shrimp were not seasoned and tasted bland. I also experienced the same as I tasted the Philly cheesesteaks sandwich that was prepared for me and the french fries had no salt or pepper. Overall, I give this restaurant a 2 stars because even though this restaurant had a friendly environment and was clean, I was highly upset with the service that I experienced on last night as far as timing and making sure that I received the food that I ordered, when I was quoted a specific time but also the overall taste of all the food was not good and for the $40 that I spent, I feel like I wasted money and not to mention time. Every customer should expect at least delicious food and honesty from any restaurant that they decide to visit. Since this was my first encounter with this particular restaurant, I think Iāve had enough and I will not return to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have eaten there several times but lately their food and service has been terrible. My lastest incident : I ordered 2 cheesesteak Strombolis for delivery. I specifically said CHEESESTEAK Strombolis, no peppers, no onions and no pepperoni. I'm actually from Philly, and if you want peppers, onions and or pepperoni.... You ask for it.. IT'S doesn't come standard on a cheese steak. And I was very specific - steak and cheese only. (I have very picky eaters) I repeated it 3 times in two languages and they even made a handwritten note on the receipt. It took 2 hours for delivery. When it arrived, first of all they were way smaller than usual and there was NO MEAT !! They just sent plain cheese Strombolis. I cut the first one -no meat, so I checked the second one - no meat. I quickly called and had to repeat myself at least 4 different times to 4 different people. One of which argued with me that I ordered plain cheese Strombolis.... I had four people hear me order "cheese steak ", not to mention the handwritten instructions THEY wrote on the receipt. So, they said I would have to wait for 11 pizza orders to be completed before they could redo my order. I just told them to forget it. I asked them to come get the Strombolis and credit my card. She asked about the food and I said that I had OBVIOUSLY cut them and noticed they were meatless. She said they'll send me ONE with meat, and pick up one, but still charge me. And I'd have to wait š Then she said, I can take the wrong ones and pick up the correct one.... I asked her several times, just have your driver come pick it up and refund my money. Excuse was... No drivers available, all drivers are out, but I'm going to charge you for one (because I had cut it). I again asked her to have them both picked up (so they can get thrown away) and refund my account. They verbally apologized but made no further attempt to rectify THEIR mistake. I can say this.... There was a delivery person at my door within 10 minutes to pick up the bad order... SMH. Their all around customer...

Iāve been a customer since 2016, that being said, Iāve seen this business growing over the years and many good people working here that make the difference in service. But now, everything is different, they have a lady that apparently is the manager, who is rude and disrespectful, doesnāt know how to take orders on the phone cause you have to repeat the order more than 3 times and still you get the order wrong again and again. Last time I ordered from here, I got pizza and wings, I ordered with ham, they send it with pepperoni, while I was ordering, because I didnāt want to pay more money to āupgrade ā I was called āmaldito miserable ā by the same person who took the phone order which is the actual manager when I asked for a refund because, enough is enough. Even though she said that to me, I was never disrespectful back to her, all I said was, waaaaooooo!!! You call me like that cause I want my money back??!! Waaoooo what a service!! Mind you they were customers present and other employees heard when she said it (just in case she wants to deny itš) Donāt worry Iāll be back to talk to the owner soon. Long story short, all they do when you get there is gossip about workplace issues, no greetings to customer and rude attitude and tone of voice like they about to explode. In this area apparently poor customer service is the rule of the day. Everywhere u go is the same. I rather drive and get better service than coming back to this nasty place where people have nasty ghetto...
