Poinciana Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Poinciana

So I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now and recently the meals have not been up to par! For the past few months of me and my family have been eating and giving this location multiple chances and we have been very disappointed. Our usually order is shrimp fried rice, honey garlic wings, eggrolls, and shrimp and Broccoli. The shrimp fried rice was old including burnt and crispy black rice pieces. The honey garlic wings have been undercooked and no longer look like the they used to with many soggy pieces and they used to also used to contain 6 pieces in total and now it is 5. The usually house favorite eggrolls are nasty and just don’t taste the same. And to top this all off I ordered a SHRIMP and Broccoli and only received 4 shrimp in a bowl full of broccoli. To the least I am highly disappointed in the service I have started recently receiving. The food is disgusting, if they don't like you they give you old meat, and dry food. They are all rude they talk to you like give me your money and get the hell out of my store, they hide what they are doing and they get there friends to say good things about there store on there Web site. A lot of people complains to them, about the food and treatment, and they really don't care you can see it in there faces. I hate these Chinese food store. It's only them working there, so who knows what they are doing, just be careful. If you do not want a bad experience, tell them you want to see the food before you give them your money, because after they get the money there's nothing you can do, and instead of calling the cops, call the health department, be safe people, food poisoning is very serious. And the food smell like they pistol in it, spend 40 dollars and had to throw the food out they are literally robbing there customers, it's not maple syrup it piss. I asked strangers to smell the food and they said the same thing...

What a disaster. We ordered a gallon of pork fried rice and a large sweet and sour chicken and instead received a gallon of shrimp fried rice and a quart container of chicken. Someone in our group is allergic to shrimp which is why we avoided the special fried rice or shrimp fried rice. And if the quart container is the large sweet and sour chicken, then someone please explain to me which containers are the medium and small orders. Then we called the place and the person on the phone insisted the quart was the large but had no answer when we asked which were the medium and/or small. The guy on the phone was no help, told us that they were closing and to just call Uber. Uber did not add shrimp to our rice. Uber did not try to pass off a quart as a large.
