Every single time I come here it’s the same thing. They don’t greet you coming in, they don’t take your order and you have to use the kiosk, if you’re paying money they take forever to come collect it, they take forever to give you your food, and majority of the time it’s the wrong order. Today my mom and I ordered a burger (1 BURGER) and they told us it would take a while because they had to heat the broiler. We asked if it would take 30 minutes and they said no. What they didn’t tell us is that it would take them 45 mins to give us that one burger and onion rings and I had to ask for my drink while I was waiting or they wouldn’t have given me that. While I understand that it would take time for a broiler to heat, Burger King advertises burger for breakfast so the broiler should be up and running. I don’t understand why it took that long when we were the only people in the restaurant and no one in the drive through. When I went to get my drink I kept having to dump them out because the were all flat. The lady (who I believe was the manager) had thrown away my order ticket so she asked to see my receipt just to see how we wanted our burger made. When the cook put up my food I was standing at the front counter just watching them (the manager and the cook) talk and the lady (manager) was showing her something on her phone instead of handed us our food right away. When we were getting ready to head out my mom ordered a slushie before leaving we ordered at the kiosk because the manager was still in the back talking to the cook, but we had to pay at the counter. We stood there for a moment before I looked around the corner and called out just to get the managers attention. She was so busy talking to the lady that when she came around the corner and handed my mom her slushie we could’ve walked out the door without paying if we wanted to cause she wasn’t even paying attention and handed us the slushie without knowing if we payed at the kiosk or not. Read moreI have been a customer of burger king my whole life , since the 70's and have seen changes in businesses for the better or for the worse ....shame on burger king corporate for all of the bad desicions they have done in recent years ....but the pinacle of the worst experience happened a few days ago when i went to burger king and ordered a whopper jr. meal thru the drive thru ....omg the time it took .....tooooo long for a "drive thru" then i stopped at the parking lot which looked like a place that was going out of business (which i would'nt be surprised if it did) and when i opened the paper that enclosed my burger to my surprise i could'nt see the meat, so i took the top bun off and started to laugh at a meat patty that was about 2" in diameter....and im being nice.....and the first thought was a commercial from the 80's from wendys that said " WHERE'S THE BEEF " so i went back inside and told the young man at the register about the problem ....instead of offering me something different or maybe call a manager the first thing out of his mouth was "i can give you your money back " so i thought ...guess they dont care ....guess they dont know that every customer they lose is less profit thus less hours for his pay and then" i wonder why i dont have a job"........easy fix i went across the street to wendy's and found a delicious cheesburger combo with the best portion of meat (compared to burger king) it was goliath size square patty with superb freshness ......to the people who manage this burger king its been about a year and a half now since the down fall of this particular restaurant ...do your homework and find out what happened ...was it a change in management or the employees changed or just don't care whatever the case i'm not the only one who is talking about this , i work close by and all my co- workers with a grining face told me "you went there....no dude" , now i know...
Read moreJust moved to Poinciana from South Fl. This location is over 9 miles away from my home, over 22 minutes drive, so quite far for "fast & easy food". The kids and I decided to go. Worst decision. Dirty and run down looking parking lot. Restaurant seemed clean on first inspection. Tables and restaurant were all empty and set up with crowns, very cute. When we sat, the booth seats were dirty. Ordered through the app, and went to the pickup. I witnessed the employee opening drawers of food that had been sitting for a while.. this was clear as we began to eat. Nothing tasted fresh. We ordered 2 double whoppers; they had cold beef and extra pieces of questionable beef in one whopper. Mozzarella fries, semi cold and hard. Nuggets, ok. Onion rings, some were hot and others cold and stale, meaning freshness batches were mixed. Fries were tepid. Asked for BBQ sauce, none. Zesty sauce, none! Was told they were expecting a truck delivery soon, as if that solved my order. I asked for mayo and was given some packets. I opened 2 and was horrified. Separation and rancid. I brought this issue up with the manager, Nelixa I believe her name was. Instead of offering an apology or a simple fix, like getting some from the back that is used for the sandwiches, she proceeds to tell me there is NO mayonnaise in the restaurant. That was a lie since I had mayo inside my whopper. I clarified that she did have mayo, and that's what I was showing to her, spoiled! She then turned around and told her employees "I told you not to give out those packets". I believe the proper manager action would have been to throw away and log all food that has gone bad. She offered no regrets and seems to run things horribly. This place is disgusting. Customer service was horrible. Food was not fresh!! Dined inside on...
