First off, 2 star rating would've been given but this establishment doesn't have tap to pay. Seriously? 🤣
Okay, now for why this place got a 1 star.
I pull into the drive thru and asked for a iced coffee black. The woman on the other end said very rudely "our coffee is pre made" I then asked "okay? What's the issue?" She snaps back with "we can't just do an iced coffee black", I asked if they serve black coffee and she said yes. I said okay, put the ice in the cup before you pour the coffee.
A long pause takes place and she, 🤣, she then says to me, "Sir, I'll give you a cup of ice on the side so you can do whatever you want."
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 im still laughing at this woman.
After I receive both a hot coffee and a cup of ice, I literally narrated at the window how she could've avoided this embarrassment by just putting ice in the cup before you poured the coffee. I then proceeded to do just that in front of her, the manager, and the 2 other cars behind me. 🤣🤣🤣
Sonic. Use this as a teaching moment. Hire people with more than 2 brain cells to work the drive thru next time.
Oh and fix that attitude, you were (and are never) THAT busy that you can't at least do your job on an even keel.

Read moreThis place has been going downhill for YEARS. It's sad because it used to be one of the best in the company. Whoever owns it now hasn't put a penny in the place since they bought it. I have NEVER seen anything like this place in my life. EVERYTHING is broken and they're understaffed like most places. Unfortunately, this place should be shut down because it absolutely cannot deliver the standard Sonic quality.
Go here at your own risk. You will not be happy. There's only one side of the Sonic sign. Almost all of the ordering stalls are out of order. So, pretty much every single customer has to go through the drive thru. If you use the app to order, it requires you to use the stall to pick it up. But, when you get there, you have to play the awful game of Find a Working stall. There might be 5 that function. So, you'll have to either find one that works or get in the drive thru line with every other customer. After all of that, your food and drinks won't be good and will probably have an error or two. It's really unfortunate what the owners have done...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would, idk what's going on there but they should not be open, pulled up to a booth they say no icecream no icee, we wait about 10 minutes decide to go thru the drive through same thing no icecream no icee asks to take the order then nothing for 15 minutes so we pull to the window there are two guys yelling one took his headset off FTY... I HAVE ALL THIS ON CAMERA so we pull off go back to a booth and now they say 15 to 20 cause their system crashed but came out with another order I understand times are rough and staffing is beyond difficult I own a landscaping business so trust me ik but this behavior is unacceptable I will be calling the corporate office in the morning, if u can't find enough help then shut the doors until u can doing this will cost u alot more business than closing temporarily I promise look at every review for the last 6 months shame on the owners and shame on those employees for talking to people like that learn customer service it ain't hard!
