Went in for oil change same location every time for all my vehicles. The guy said my car needed a new belt and told me it’ll take forty five minutes so I got out and told them I’ll be across the street. Came back in 45 my car wasn’t even touched and the guy running the service side was very rude. He told me he was the manager for the service side and the guy who gave me a time estimate was wrong and it was going to take still over an hour to have my car ready. He started pulling an attitude with me as if it was my fault that THIER business lacked communication and was getting annoyed that I wasn’t going to wait over an hour after I already waited 45minutes. I asked if I should come back in an hour as the service was going to take thirty minutes then he proceeds to tell me that the day has been unpredictable and it might still be a long wait then back pedaled on that when I asked about an appointment and expressed my concerns when waiting then he rudely said well if you have an appointment it wouldn’t take that long so come back with an appointment and we will be sure it’ll be done in 30min even though he just told me if I came back later it could be an unknown amount of time waiting, the Customer service was absolute trash and your customer shouldn’t be the one getting attitude when your shop lacks communication. You wasted my time waiting that forty five minutes for nothing to happen. I ended up just going out to buy my own belt for $40 cheaper than quoted and had a buddy do it at the auto hobby shop for the cost to rent a bay for $10 then told I could have easily gone another 20,000 miles from the mechanics that run the auto shop and it was weird they told me it needed it. It wasn’t even squealing the telltale sign it needed to be changed so also tried to rip me off. Either way what they quote me $120 I did for $30. I’m not sure if they treated me this way because I was female or because this guy just didn’t care and had no ability for customer service. I will not be returning here. Do not come here...

Upon arriving for a first time visit with Express oil change I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I arrived and was able to pull into get an oil change within a timely manner. I was able to stay in the vehicle and observe the operation. It appeared very efficient! One employee was able to take all my information while the other employees performed the necessary tasks to complete the oil change. The vehicle was throughly inspected and I was shown a list of items that needed attention and given an estimate of costs and time it would take! I had a previous knowledge of issues that needed to be taken care of but was waiting to have them taken care of and I had an estimate from another company and I saved $500 by allowing Express oil change to do the repairs needed. They were able to perform the repairs in a timely manner and communicated clearly while waiting! The manager Jeff Green was very pleasant to talk with and I felt like he cared about me as a customer. As if we were old friends! That’s the kind of business I would like to support! I highly recommend anyone in the area take your vehicle to Express oil change! If you need just a basic oil change then sure this place could be fine for you. For anything else, do not go here. I came in about an hour ago needing an oil change and a tire patched. They did the oil change and I won’t complain about that, as it was quick and relatively fair priced. Then the employee told me the tire could not be patched but needed to be replaced, which is fine. He then gave me a whole write up for pricing on this tire and told me to go to the other bay to get it replaced. When I went inside the gentleman told me all of a sudden they don’t have this tire that they just gave me all the paperwork for. (Which I realize this is dumb to complain about) THEN I went to tire kingdom down the street and was told by them that they gave me a quote an entire wrong size tire.
