NEVER would I EVER treat my customers the way that the employees at Burger King on Michigan just treated me! First of all, I was the ONLY car in the drive-thru, and there were only three either cars in the parking lot, and I'm sure they belonged to the employees, as I didn't see any customers inside the lobby as I sped out of the parking lot in fury. All I wanted was a bacon cheeseburger meal, and I ever had a coupon for it. But, to my dismay, when I attempted to place my order at the speaker, the lady kept interrupting me. I assumed that she was having difficulty hearing me over the speaker, as these things happen on occasion. So once she tells me to drive to the window, I pull around, only to wait over a minute while the worker stands at the window chatting with her coworker. She even looked at me and continued to ramble on. When she does open the window, she says "It's $5.38, or something," but as I'm extending my arm out to hand her the money, she slams the window. Now she's engaing. In conversation with her coworker and someone on her headset. I don't know who it is, but it isn't a customer. Nobody is behind me in line, and from the language she is using, it's definitely a personal call. So I'm stuck waiting. When she finally opens the window back uo, she asks "What was your order?" I am livid by this point, but I keep my cool and repeat my order. She (yet again) slams the window and she and her coworker disappear for a good three minutes or so it seemed. Finally, I got tired of waiting and just left. I don't understand. I work fast food, but I wouldn't DARE act in this manner towards a customer. The customer is the one making the paycheck that you don't deserve while you're too busy complaining that you need a raise. You need a...

From start to finish, everything was top-notch — incredibly fast service, a spotless dining area, and a team that’s not only dressed professionally but also extremely polite. I visited this past Tuesday and ordered my usual Whopper meal, and was instantly impressed.
At the drive-thru speaker, I was greeted by a young man with the most joyful and welcoming tone — his energy was absolutely infectious! He suggested I try one of their new frozen drinks, and I only said yes because of how kind and upbeat he was. I’m so glad I did — it’s now my new go-to drink!
When I pulled up to the window, I asked for his name — I believe it was Mykel — and I told him right then and there that he deserves a raise just for his kindness alone. It’s incredibly rare to find that level of customer service in fast food.
That is a standout employee, and honestly, every fast food worker should strive to bring that kind of energy and care to their job.
Food? Perfect. Service? 10 out of 10. Overall experience? Unmatched.
Keep it up, team — you’ve set the bar...
Read moreWho ever the lady was earlier this evening (4/1/24) taking orders in drive thru needs to be drug tested. There's absolutely no reason to be angry or mad at someone for wanting to place an order or get their food made fresh. I go to BK every other day and never have I experienced what I experienced today. For me to apologize to someone that was rude to me from the beginning and then was even more upset that I apologized to her and explained to her that I wasn't trying to be rude when I asked for my children's food to be cooked fresh, I just wasn't sure if she heard me the first time I asked because she never acknowledged me is crazy. She states she talks like that to everyone and rolled her eyes and turned her back on me as if I actually did something to her. I just told them to keep that damn food and pulled off. Like that was the worst I've ever experienced at BK. That lady whomever she is doesn't deserve that position. The level of professionalism that she had was NONE. I hope someone that deserves and really wants that position get it's because she's definitely not...
