St. Augie's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered for delivery online, which came from the delivery service Slice. When the food arrived, an item was missing. The delivery person was so nice and said they told her the whole order was in the pizza box, but it wasn't, so she offered to go back and get it. When she left, I then realized that the pizza was not what we ordered. I called the restaurant to tell them about the missing item and wrong pizza, and they said we don't have that item on the menu so we credited you. I then told them the delivery person was coming back to get that item since they didn't tell her or me it wasn't available. I asked if they would make the correct pizza, and they asked if I would be picking it up. I told them no since I ordered and paid for delivery. I told them the delivery person was on their way back, so they made the new pizza. When it arrived, you could tell they rushed to make it while she waited, because it was soggy as if it wasn't fully cooked. Their mistake and they wanted me to come and get it. No real effort to correct their own issue. The delivery person, who was through a 3rd party, was the only good part of this experience. We made sure to tip her again since she went above and beyond to correct your mistakes. Just checked and they charged me again instead of giving me a credit. Now I have to waste my time going there to...

We ordered take out from St. Auggies Pizza for the first time tonight and really enjoyed the food. We decided on a Grandma Pizza, (pepperoni on all and jalapeno on half), and a Greek Salad. The pizza smelled amazing in the car and my stomach growled all the way home.

We started with the salad and it was awesome. It was full of feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes ,Kalamata Olives, Pepperoncini Peppers and stuffed grape leaves. The Greek Dressing was a perfect match and not overly tangy or sweet.

The Grandma Pizza was also delicious. The crust had a nice crispy exterior and a soft interior with an amazing flavor. The sauce had a subtle sweetness and they used a quality cheese. I am weird about jalapenos on my pizza as I prefer pickled peppers but they use fresh jalapenos here. Not a deal breaker at all and you can't complain about fresh ingredients!.

I will definitely be back to try some of their other pizzas, pinwheels and salads. They're one of the better pizza places I have tried recently and the quality of ingredients...

We have loved this place for ever, But whatever manager was working tonight, definitely has no sense of reality. I called and asked to speak to grown up / manager about a WRONG order, instead i got a child with a pathetic tone and poor business / work ethic that hung up cause it was to hard to handle that she had made a mistake. Just so SAD... don't spend your money here, not worth the attitude I would like to add that this Owner is a HUGE LIAR AND I HAVE IT IN WRITING ON HERE AND THE PROOF. I am adding to my post, it is now 10/1424 and I posting now because emy sister and I were just talking about ordering pizza for our family tonight she informed me that she NEVER RECEIVED THE ANY REFUND FROM THEM. The owner came on here and made a huge deal about how no big deal and just so everyone knows she never received the refund. They are truly poor humans that's have no shame to lie to there community and keep money they never earned from their customers. What a disgrace, you should be ashamed of...
